We had a great experience using Official Heating and Cooling. Very professional from the beginning to finish. Had a new furnace and air-conditioner installed. Alfredo and his team showed up on time, finished up by 3, left our home without a trace of debri, and took the time to familiarize me with how to maintain our new units.
We also had our ductwork cleaned. Same experience. Showed up exactly when we were told he would, cleaned our ducts and was done by noon.
We did our research before we chose Official. We read reviews, noted that all technicians were NATE certified, insured, and licensed, had a BBB A+ rating. This was a huge investment for our family, we needed a company we could trust.
We are very happy with the service Official provided.

I had a great experience today with Official. Our furnace gave out in the middle of the night and it wasn't until this morning at 8:00am when the temp had already dropped to 52 degrees that we noticed it. We gave Official a call and they had a servicemen out by 12:30. He was knowledgeable, kind and helped us with the issue right away. Only an hour later we had new parts ordered, picked up and installed. Can't thank them enough for quick service. We will be using them again in the future for our vents and ducts to be cleaned.

They installed new furnace and a c unit last fall. The tech used cellular core pvc on furnace vent line instead of schedule 40 pvc. Most professional installers won’t even carry cellular core because most appliance manufacturers do not approve it for higher temperature applications. Google it for yourself. I am a licensed plumber, and no water heater manufacturer approves this material. If you read the pipe itself, it says “for drainage, waste, and vent”, referring to plumbing applications.
The tech argued with me about this for ten minutes(very unprofessional imo).
The tech conceded, and replaced the piping…most of it, but left a small section of cellular core pipe inline. I didn’t realize this till after crew had left, but figured I’d get it changed when I schedule annual appt to maintain warranty.
Jeannie(very courteous and professional by the way)recently called me to set up appt, at which time I explained situation about piping and provided a list of material for tech to bring to do the job right(imo). I just received a call back saying they would not replace piping during service visit per Adam. We are dealing with the potential of carbon monoxide entering a place of residence. Why would a company choose to use the lowest quality material that most manufacturers do not approve for this application. All I want is peace of mind. This company has no intention of providing complete customer satisfaction. I can not recommend Official Heating.

I couldn’t have been happier with the work Official Heating and Cooling performed when replacing my A/C-Heating unit. They were honest and fair in their pricing of possible solutions. They even adjusted their technicians’ schedules so that I could get the work done sooner based on the expected high temperatures forecasted. Alfredo, Fabian and Jose were the technicians that came out to perform the work and were very professional, quick and courteous. They answered all my questions and kept me up to date during the install. It was really great working with a company that values and respects the clients. I would highly recommend them!
