Darrell was very professional and polite. He was able to explain everything to me that needs to be done. Also, the young lady that called to confirm appointment was very polite. I will use them again.

Explained how to and how much clothes to put in the washer at a time to enhance the cleanliness of the washer and to avoid overloading the washer. He took the time to test all wash cycles to verify that there were no as yet unidentified problems. Will definitely be following his advice.

Wanted to use these guys because they are local, already had a diagnoses of what was wrong with my appliance from another company, but they ghosted me after saying they'd order the part. Called Super Appliance Man and was told they wouldn't come out to repair my oven without doing their own diagnoses, even if I paid for the part in advance. No need to spend $70 just to be told again something I already know.

Extremely Satisfied with their service! Talk about speedy service, I called the company for Refrigerator repair and the tech arrived within 2 hours! Also, the repair was completed the same day! Customer service was excellent as well. I will definitely use them for any future appliance repairs.

I was assigned to this company by my warrenty provider. I felt really impressed when they came, i soon felt disappointed. When repairing my washing machine they let the water run across my floor and did not clean it up or let me know that it had/would happen. They also left my dryer vent unhooked. They could also improve in customer communication. I had call each step of the way to get clarification on what was happening/would happen. I gave two stars because they did fix the problem to the best of their ability. It just took a lot of calls and visits to get there.

The technician (Darrel) was prompt & courteous. He repaired my oven efficiently. Very knowledgeable. Answer all my questions & concerns. Will definitely recommend your services to family & friends.

I think that the service is good, the fee should go toward the fixing of the product if you decide to use the service, witch is $ 85 no matter what ,then the parts that could be from $40 to $140 then to install a 1 screw flame sensor is $85 just can be a bit pricey at these times

UPDATED REVIEW - MY FAMILY WOULD’VE DIED IF I DIDN’T GET A SECOND OPINION!!! I had to use this HORRIBLE company to check my furnace because of my home warranty. Their technician tried to say that it needed to be cleaned (which he wouldn’t do) and told me to keep flipping an electric switch if it started blowing cold air again. I’ve since had TWO other companies tell me my furnace was BEYOND REPAIR and was leaking CARBON MONOXIDE!!! If I would’ve gone with Super Appliance Man’s “advice” my FAMILY COULD’VE DIED! DON’T USE THIS HORRIBLE SHADY WORTHLESS company!!!!

The Hartman Publishing Group had our furnace replaced and we’re so happy that we used Super Appliance Man for the installation! They were prompt, professional and practiced safety precautions. Yay! We finally have a warm comfortable office!
