IF I could give them 5 more stars I would, There techs were the best, very upfront, and knowledgeable about there work and performance. There customer service guy Thomas was very professional, and helpful with all the questions I asked. Mid-City Heating was a life savior for me with the weather in the hi 90's, they came out and and fixed my AC unit, and shared there knowledge about keeping your unit serviced. Mid City Heating, your the best.

I honestly can't express the level of gratitude for Mid-city. I rent and my landlord was playing games on how long it would take, so I had to call someone because it was a very hot day. I knew from my initial call and how responsive, understanding, and kind the gentleman was that I wouldn't be disappointed. He was able to squeeze me in even though it was the day after July 4th and they were busy. The HVAC technician came around 30mins earlier and man was he professional and incredibly knowledgeable. (I had no idea the a/c unit was actually on the roof!) He was quickly able to identify and solve the issue — which turned out I needed an new a/c capacitor. He did this in under 30mins. I called seeking service for cleaning and inspection for my air conditioner unit. A technician was sent out within an hour. The technicians were punctual, professional, and friendly. This is why I give this company a 5 star review! First I must say that I've been using this company for 20 years. I have a home that has steam heat that heats up the radiators. Its not many places that can deal with my old house. The workers at this company are very nice and have a spiritual attitude making you feel that a crappie situation can be turned around.

I love the service from these guys. When they come, you know they are seasoned workers. My young service man Darius is a great example of a person that shows you how much we need to invest in the trades. Don't let his young face fool you, he's one of the best. He travels with a very seasoned gentleman Mr Jerry. He too knows his stuff about boilers.

When you first call the company you get a great greeting and they are busy but don't fret, they are worth waiting for as they will get it right.

This is a great company and they take care of my home boiler. I highly recommend this place as it has that mom and pop feeling. The prices are competitive and for the work they do you will respect the workmanship as this is not a pretty job.

We have been doing business with Mid-City HVAC for many years and our experience has been a positive one. Everyone you speak to is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Technicians come out during the timeframe given, diagnose the problem, explain what's needed to repair equipment and provide the cost for the repair. They do a thorough and complete job on the first visit.

This company has always treated me like family since day one. I have called them out for yearly maintenance and also for a new installation. The prices have always been reasonable and they met my needs. The team is professional and courteous as well as punctual. I look forward to working with them for the years to come.

Mid-City has taken care of the Heating and A/C needs of Resurrection Church of Chicago for seventeen years. They recently installed a new furnace for us, and their professionalism and customer service continue to be nothing short of exemplary. They went out of their way to provide a technician on a Saturday to diagnose our problem. Every one of our questions were answered in an easily understandable way. Mid-City has been very helpful in my home. They installed a gas fireplace, replaced vent covers and vented an exhaust fan. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.
