My experience with this company was absolutely phenomenal. They communicated very well with my mother and I, and gave us detailed information from start to finish. They were quick, clean, friendly and very thorough.

The biggest thing that I loved is how they educate their customers. Chris and his team will make sure you understand what they did and what you need to keep doing after they leave. They gave me a thorough recap of everything that they had installed, how it works, what buttons do what, what they took out and all the information that I needed in case of emergency and everyday/monthly maintenance.

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I arrived home from a trip to find a flooded utility room - my hot water tank had stopped working and was overflowing. Exhausted and frustrated, I laid down towels then frantically reached out to friends for help. Going Green Home Solutions came highly recommended by several friends, so I gave them a call on a Sunday evening hoping for the best. Chris was at my home in about 15 minutes ready to assess the situation. Wow! He stopped the leakage and informed me that technicians would be out in the morning to replace my hot water tank. Sure enough, the techs were here before their scheduled time and immediately got to work. They were all very communicative, professional, polite, knowledgeable, kind and quick! Chris even came back out a couple days later to fix my toilets when I mentioned that they continued to run when the hot water came back on. He discovered a leak in both my toilets! WOW! Chris and his team know their stuff! I am grateful for their attention to detail, swiftness and thoroughness! I have already referred Going Green Home Solutions to several friends and look forward to using their services in the future!

Wow! I was very impressed with the service, knowledge and fair pricing. If you are hesitating or doing what I did and searching the web for the right HVAC company, you can stop! The young lady who scheduled my service amazing and the young man on-site who fixed my air conditioning unit same day amazing. You guys are locked into my phone 🙌🏽

Second time using this company and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Fixed the problem with my A/C in what seemed like a few minutes and while I was speaking with the Tech, I told him about my thermostat and he was able to do that job as well.

Great customer service!!! Repair my AC unit quickly and was very professional.

First, my initial call was met by a pleasant & professional female voice. I was immediately put in contact with a technician, whereas, we scheduled a appointment the next day.

The technician arrived promptly to access and discuss the problem that we were having with the furnace. He gave his recommendations in regards to the directions we should take and we accepted them.

Overall, interacting with this company was smooth, as it gave me the confidence to continue my process to do business with them because they met my expectations; people-skills, patience, professionalism and pricing.

Doing the installation they cleaned up after themselves and it looked as if they were never there!

Chris at Going Green HVAC came to the rescue on Christmas Eve during one of the coldest days of the year when my furnace started blowing cold air leaving my house at 48 degrees. He was very thorough with his diagnostic exam and walked me through the results step by step which required the installation of a new circuit board which he quickly contacted a local store to purchase and install immediately. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC servicing needs.

Christopher was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He found the problem order the part went and pick the part up, came back expediently, and had my furnace back up and running in no time I like to think Chistopher for all of his help.

I found this company to be very professional and on time when they said they would be there. When they arrive they looked at the furnace and found my problem my motor was cracked. They told me what it would take to fix it, I would need a new motor they got the part came back replaced the motor now I have heat. This is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone that's having issues/problems with their HVAC system.
