I was referred to this company by a friend and I am so glad she did. I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning unit that had been going on for years and I couldn't afford to fix it myself. The company came out and fixed it within a couple of hours and didn't even charge me an arm and a leg. They were very professional, courteous, and honest.

TLM Emergency Commercial Hvac is the company I would recommend to anyone looking for true HVAC professionals. The serviceman Greg and Scott were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They both kept the work site clean and got our units running efficiently. The furnace is working very well, extremely quiet and heating all rooms evenly. Overall excellent job!

Called them last minute for a heating emergency at my restaurant. I called them at 1pm....we open at 4pm, and get busy at 7pm. They made it in over by 7pm and got the heat working before the night rush.

Outstanding service and price! The tech, got a 45 yr old geothermal unit working which they originally installed back in 1985! He was very courteous throughout the 100 questions we had. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained in layman's terms how it all worked. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future!

I needed an emergency roadside service on a holiday and was very pleased with their prompt responsive service from TLM Emergency Roadside. Leah had such a calming and a friendly voice when i called and listened keenly as I explained my situation.I gave her my exact location and true to her promise Evans arrived and straight away diagnosed the problem with the car.He explained the problem and what he was going to do to solve it.He jump started the battery and the car started again.He never overcharged us despite the fact that it was an emergency situation.Evans was a friendly and nice to us.I recommend Evans and TLM Emergency Roadside to anyone!!

I had Greg and Scott come out for our annual AC and furnace maintenance and they were on time for the appointment, very professional and courteous. They checked both units and discovered the furnace had a leakage and advised us to call the guys who did the installation since it was under warranty. I can't thank them highly for their honesty.

Contacted TLM Emergency Commercial Hvac 9am when our furnace stopped working. They had a truck and technician at my house at 2pm the same day. I was given a fair quote and the repair work was completed within 2 hours as scheduled. I'm impressed with the outcome, the service was of quality and prompt.
