Dario, was very professional he responded to my call right away. He was straightforward with me with his availability to inspect my furnace and do the work. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and took his time to diagnose and fixed the problems. My family plan on building a working relationship with Burks in the future. I would recommend Burks. The duct work in my basement had somehow become detached and was falling. I called Burks for help with this repair. Burks was very responsive to my call, came out and assessed the situation and came out the following day to make the repair. Burks did an excellent job in securing the duct work so I have complete confidence the problem is resolved.

My old furnace went out on a 14 degree day! After contemplating suicide, I used Yelp! to find Burks Heating and Cooling Solutions because of the favorable reviews along with a second company. I had the second company scheduled for the next day. Fortunately for me Dario was able to come out the same day. It was time for a new furnace and later that week his team came out and installed my new furnace. The workers were fast and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. Dario gave me a reasonable quote and helped me obtain financing for it through Wells Fargo Bank. Dario worked with me to select my new thermostat and even helped me get the Comed rebate for it! Dario did a maintenance check on the boiler in the house we just purchased. He recommended some changes and services, and the system has been running better since. We chose Burks because they are a local business.

I had to text/call this company almost 10 times over the course of 5 days to get a written quote of my issue and a estimate for repairs after coming out to my home. I don’t like businesses that are unorganized. My quote was extremely high and it was 5X the cost of what I other HVAC companies quoted me so of course I went elsewhere. I wasted $100 service fee with this company. You live and learn!

Dario and his company were great to work with. Very responsive throughout the entire process. When all other companies were listing needing a crane for my AC install, Dario was the only one who actually explained what kind of equipment they would use and that it wasn't actually a full sized construction crane.
