Ed is amazing! I couldn’t believe how fast he called us after submitting an online request and on a Holiday weekend! He was able to get our heat up and running again and was so patient and knowledgeable.
We will 100% have him back for our AC maintenance soon now that the weather is warming up! Hands down recommend and we already shared with six of our friends and family members. Only company will ever use for any heating and cooling needs.
He is a true gem!

We were having trouble getting heat to our upstairs bedroom during the cold winter months. I was able to get an appointment quickly with Around the Town Heating and Cooling. They came out and performed cleaning on the heating system, and provided some helpful tips on how to maintain our heating system including using the proper furnace filters. I was really happy with their prompt service, their professionalism, attention to detail, and their knowledge. I will definitely call them again! Thank you for your service!

Around the Town was responsive, resourceful, honest and very prompt! We had a rooftop HVAC installed. Kind of tricky install, but they worked with us and made it happen on time and on budget! My business was very satisfied!

5 star service for sure! Responded to my emergency call late on a Friday during the snow and ice storm when our heater went out. After calling numerous business for service on our boiler air handler. We called Around Town and the tech was able to come out the same day and service us. He was fast efficient and very friendly. I will definitely be calling them for our maintenance regular . Thank you for your service !

I am writing this review because I tried calling for service to my furnace today and I was informed that someone was going to call me back. The name that was told to me was Ed, this was the name of the person that I spoke too.

I'm glad I went through this heating service. Ed came through early the next day on the exact time he said he was Military time! His services were great. I'm glad that that he was veteran. I felt more clam and at ease with my situation on fixing the furnace. He showed me respect and kindness. I highly recommend this place for Veterans and others. Thanks again ED.
