When I called Around the Town to fix my heat I was really impressed with their professionalism over the phone. When Sal arrived he was not only fast but also very knowledgeable and his work was exceptional. I highly recommend Around the Town if you’re looking for great work at competitive prices.

It was a great surprise that with how hot it was that week, Sal came out to service our shipping office air conditioner faster and with better quality than any other HVAC company we have EVER used. We will definetly be using their services again for any repairs that we need.

I called Around the Town Heating and Cooling because my boiler decided to stop working one day. Sal and Zach were very accommodating and were able to come out the same day and ended up fixing the issue. Let me just say, Big Ed is the most warmest big guy you will ever meet. He was recommended to me 5 years ago by my very good partner in crime and I will always call on Big Ed for HVAC issues. When I was selling my old house, in a cold January weekend Big Ed with his heart of gold showed up to take care of my family. My furnace gave out and it was a frigid weekend to say the least, this awesome, and caring gentleman showed up and took Care of my failed furnace and replaced it for what I feel was a very fair price in a pinch. I again called him for a failing furnace in my new home recently and I texted him for assistance and it was very late…… He FaceTime’s me, walked me step by step to get my furnace working at midnight and ordered the part for me to extend the life of a old furnace. I have 3 children and a pregnant wife and Big Ed has a heart to address my problem at a late hour to get us through the night!!!!!! No one else you need to call for your HVAC needs, this guy is your guy!!! Big Ed, thank you!!!!

In this age of large corporations where maximizing profits is the primary goal, it is refreshing to know that the soul of America is still alive, in this small family owned business.

Ed and Salvatore from Around the Town Heating and Cooling took time out of their holiday season to provide service to our HVAC that had broken down and not heating our unit. They are the only ones who knew the inner workings of our high-rise condo HVAC which is a complex system with waterpipes, and that most other HVAC companies did not know how to fix.

There was a lot of complications and Ed/Salvatore had to spend extra time to diagnose the system (without charge) and Ed came out the next day to follow-up on the HVAC unit to ensure that it was working properly. It is comforting to know Around the Town Heating and Cooling are there when we need them. They were able to identify the problem and offer multiple solutions to resolve the issue. They are efficient, effective, honest and have excellent customer service. They have a solid work ethic which
these days is hard to find and appreciated beyond words. We will be
recommending them to our building as a HVAC residential vendor.

Highly recommend Around The Town Heating and Cooling! It’s been negative temps the last couple days and of course my heat STOPPED WORKING. They came over on short notice and now I’m enjoying warm temps inside my home on these brutally cold days. God Bless these men!
