Set appointment 10:30 am asked for half hour advance notice before arriving. Could not get any indication of when to expect them. Ruined my entire day. Called them several times to see when someone was coming and was told to just do whatever chores or errands I had and they would call me. As as I left they showed up without notice so then I had to reschedule again and was told two hours they'd be back. 2 hours 45 minutes later someone else called saying he could e there in an hour--it's 7:40 pm by this time. The time wasted is irretrievable and an entire day for nothing is ridiculous. At 8:10 someone else called saying he could be at my home by 8:35. I refused to let them waste my time again.

Called Consumers heating after a google search. This was my second company I called the first 1 was cheap and the problem wasn’t fix. Consumers did a great job, the service guy had to comeback tonight with parts. I can feel the difference in the cool air blowing through the vents. Thanks Rick

Great service. Mike completed a very thorough tune up of our HVAC. I highly recommend them for an annual cleaning& tune up service.

Great Friendly Service, the techs do great work, sometimes, the tech Mike did arrive the same day as they promised.

A while back had these guys come out and check my boiler for hammering they told me the cast iron tank in my boiler had expanded which causes this sound come to find out that it was my expansion tank don't be ripped off

Real TERRIBLE experience with this company. Don't recommend to absolutely anyone, waited 2 days for NOTHING!
