I had a wonderful experience with Mid-City Heating & Air Conditioning. All of their staff were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure they did a great job and there were no hidden agendas involved. They repaired a gas leak in my furnace, installed a humidifier on my furnace, and installed a new hot water tank. I am very satisfied with their work and I highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Russell was very professional, patient, helpful and friendly. After some scheduling snafus, I was able to get a technician (Darius) out for a diagnostic. I appreciate his honesty and referring this job to a person with more experience with my boiler system. I have “ancient” boilers in the building so it was decided the owner Charles, needed to come take a look. Charles took 40+ years of old school experience and got my boiler running in 30 minutes! Needless to say, I am very happy. Thank you to the entire staff for being understanding, helpful, and fair. I give them an A+!

AC went out in the building, and Midcity was referred to me. The technicians found the issue and assisted with communicating with ComEd to rectify the problems. The owner called to follow up with me, and it's evident that he takes great pride in the service his company provides. We have found our HVAC company, and I will use them for all future needs.

Reached out last year to have my HVAC repaired and again this year to have my water heater repaired. The team is very kind, worked quickly, and was patient in explaining what was going on and answer my questions. So far, no recurring issues with either.
