We recently had a leak in our AC system making it inoperable. Jim Leahy came out and gave multiple options to either get through the season or replace the system. We decided to go with a new system. Leahy had the best price by hundreds of dollars. Jim and his installer Ed came out and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. Ed was jovial and answered any questions politey. Thanks Leahy for a nice cool home.

I have had to call Leahy Heating & Cooling three times in the last 12 months. They are always responsive and Jim (the owner) has always fixed my issues. First it was my air conditioning that went out; he was actually servicing a neighbor at the time and he just offered to stop over after to take a look. It was at the end of his day, but he replaced a part and got it running again. Then he fixed my furnace in the dead cold of winter. He discovered a lot of dirt deep in the drum and blower, literally took it apart, took it back to his shop so he could thoroughly clean it and replaced a part. I had heat again. Finally my hot water heater went out. He tried everything to get it working but it was clear it needed replacing. Jim was so insistent that it had to be under warranty and didn't want me to have to buy a new one. Thankfully he was absolutely correct and I was able to return it to the store for a free replacement.
I highly recommend Jim. He us professional, knowledgeable and he charges a fair price for his time and expertise.

Jim Leahy's - owner service is exceptional and had exceeded my expectations. I placed call for service on Friday evening and he called me same night to check on the issue and gave me some tips on how to troubleshoot. Few people will do that..had many times called for service, him and and his staff are always very honest and helpful and his work is always top notch..highly recommend this business.

I would not recommend this company. After leaving message and calling several times needing service finally someone answered and apologized for not returning the call saying they had been very busy. I was told I would be contacted when they were on there way later that day but never received a call they just showed up at the door. They found the boiler motor needed bushings and they would replace coupler . The home visit with nothing being fixed was $135.00 only thing physically done was a few squirts of oil in the boiler motor and a promise they would call me when parts were located. I never recieved a call back from them. Brother in-law fixed problem a few days later it was the coupler $20.00 part. This company charges way to much for nothing really being repaired I think mabye it was good they never called me back who knows what the cost would have been if they actually fixed something.

In Response to the companys July 22 2018 reply.
1."No heat Call" Their was no comunication with the tech letting the customer know of a no heat call situation never recieved a call saying the tech was going to be delayed.
2."Friday night not a good time" I apologize mabye I should only call a company when it 's convenient for them.
3. Coupler found to have parts loose Coupler was replaced problem solved for less than $20.00 (No motor mounts needed)
4.It did sound quieter temporarily after the tech generously oiled the unit using the oil purchased correctly by the owner but still not silent until Coupler was replaced.
5.Tech looked at radiators that had little heat and found valves freely turning. This the owner already was aware of question was how to fix. Tech reponse was to replace in summer.
5.Yes ripped off for $135.00 when nothing was really fixed and never recieved a followup after the visit.
