Today our old filter in the upstairs intake register needed replacement. Even though it was after business hours, they arrived in under 1 hour to fix things for us, with helpful advice and courteous, professional, gracious service. In peak wintertime. The technician was awesome and courteous. He did a great job walking us through what needed to be done and everything was scheduled quickly. The install team did our work over the course of 2 days so that we didn't have to have our heat off for longer than 5-6 hours per day which was much appreciated. Professional installation personnel. Attention to detail is exemplary. Thorough explanation of system features and operation. After installation was complete, a minor modification was made to exhaust pipe routing at my request. I am completely happy. I can't comment on whether the system is good value yet. System was a bit high in price and needs to run trouble free for years. I don't expect any trouble as the same company installed new AC last year and it works perfectly. In general you get what you pay for. This is an excellent company to work with.
