1 1/2 hr late getting to my house and 595$ plus for some parts and time. Felt like we really got taken Had to call for a receipt for service too., tech didn’t provoked.

Only thing I would change about your company is maybe making your prices more transparent: it's hard to tell exactly how much things cost until after you've called them up anyway!

Looking for an estimate on a new furnace and AC unit. The guy says it's $100 just to come out. I have never heard of that for any service business!!! They may do good work as other reviews state, or its their friends. I would never trade with a company like this, many others will gladly come out for an estimate on a 10-12k job!! 1star only because 0 is not allowed!!

Very pleased with the overall experience with Matt's Heating and Cooling Company. From the initial contact settings up the appointment. To working the tech Kim for his honesty and quick repair. If I ever need anything new in the future I will definitely be calling buttons again.

I had a leak in the water pump for the furnace and Matt's Heating and Cooling guys were at my house promptly. Polite ,honest,friendly and timely. I would recommend Matt's Heating and Cooling Company for any heating and cooling service.

Tony came to our place doing the semi-annual tune up. Very nice and professional. I had other guys from a different company trying to push me to install this and that. Tony didn’t do that. No pressure at all. He checked the air quality, replaced the filter, and make sure the compressor is working. We are ready for the summer!

Completely happy with the work done. Fred and Josh arrived on time, they gave explanation of the AC problem and the work to be done. Their workmanship was incomparable and customer service was great. Would use them again, great value for money.
