I was extremely satisfied with the recent installation of my new furnace, AC and Hot water tank. Matt was very pleasant to deal with. He did a great job of explaining all the options available to me without any sales pressure. Together with his colleague they showed up on time and were very efficient. They did a spectacular job of explaining everything to me and left everything clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend Matt.

Our techs were both incredibly pleasant, prompt, and upfront about their work while it was going on, and they were both really responsive to both our request for an estimate and then for the service itself. I had them come out for a problem with my heat, that problem was resolved. I purchased a service agreement for other times if needed and I would not be charged the initial service fee. Well... I had a problem with my A/C and called Matts. They said, "we see you have purchased the service fee contract". I replies yes, told them what was happening and after THREE(3) days six different schedule changes and took two days off work ,no one showed up. I called and canceled.

I would recommend them 100%. They were very thorough, quick, and professional. This company deserve to be 5 stars because they are awesome and very courteous.

I sent a message to Matt's Heating and Cooling Company and the representative sent messages back promptly with a reasonable price to come out. He sent a technician who showed up at the promised time and quickly diagnosed my problem. It turns out that the sound I was hearing from my AC system was from the plumbing system, not my AC. He didn't charge for the visit. I definitely appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone!

BEWARE - STAY AWAY. This company is not as they appear. This is a virtual brand, it is not located in Oak Lawn. Extremely unprofessional, the "technician" spent most of the time on his phone, working on his side hustle. I'm convinced the "technician" was either negligent or intentionally deceptive. The issue turned out to be a simple clog in the drain line from our furnace (clog in the condensate trap). The "technician" should have been able to diagnose this easily and it should have been a simple fix, instead, he drained the line but did not remove the clog. He knew the furnace would fill with water and stop working again, at which point, he would recommend a new furnace. Our furnace stopped working a few hours after he left, when I called the next day I was told we would need a new furnace. After a little of educating myself I was able to diagnose and solve the problem myself. I'm extremely suspicious of the other reviews. All of the portrait quality profile pictures and the fact that most of them have only one review.

We just had a new furnace installed, and added air conditioning. Matt's Heating and Cooling Company were spectacular from the initial phone call for a quote, to the final clean up. Great communication, wonderful people both online and in person, and delivered on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs furnace or A/C services.

We replaced our furnace and added an air conditioner/heat-pump in May 2019. Matts Heating and Cooling Company did an excellent job of walking us through our options when selecting a system and the installation took place as scheduled. Everyone was knowledgeable and very courteous through the entire process. The system has done a better job than our previous system of keeping our home temperatures more even, and is more energy efficient than our previous system.

I called Matt's Heating and Cooling Company 's at 6pm on a Thursday evening hoping to set up service the next day. Jeff called me back about an hour later and told me he was 30 minutes away. He diagnosed and repaired the AC system in less than an hour. He wore a mask and shoe covers and was just a pleasant person to have in my home. This is definitely a company I would recommend for any AC/heating needs. Thank you guys!!
