AMAZING SERVICE! Can't say enough good things about Super Appliance Man. Darrel (mechanic) was on site first for a tune-up and recognized my A/C unit (20 years old, garden-level unit) was shot. Dwayne worked with me over the phone to consolidate the project to include my furnace (on its last legs, also over 20 years old) at a VERY reasonable price. They scheduled for less than a week later. Could have been the next day but I was busy that weekend and it was MY decision to wait a few days longer.

The install start-time window was 8am-10am, and Darrel called me to let me know when he was 30 minutes out and then promptly on time. The full job took 4 hours, including cleanup time. He cleaned up, was communicative, and very professional while in my home.

Dwayne followed back up with me within an hour over the phone to check how everything went, and what paperwork would be coming through.

10/10 recommend this company!

Great professional experience! Our Tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. He took the time to explain what was wrong, repaired it and had the air conditioning system up and running in about 30 minutes. Given an arrival window of 8 to 12, he called and arrived by 8:30a.m. Awesome experience!!

I have a Kenmore front loader washer. Wouldn’t spin nor drain. From reading these reviews I thought to give them a try. I called so so so HAPPY I did. HAND DOWN SERVICE!!! Professional, efficient and respectful. Have an AWESOME team Joanne, Darrly, Pete and Wayne. They walk me through the entire process beginning to end. I’m washing again Definitely will be using them again and referring them to family and friends.

Petey was great. He was very thorough and took the time to explain to me how my refrigerator compressor works. Solid guy and company. I will be using them again.

I called in to get a refrigerator inspected for no cooling, appointment was about 5 days out. They tried to overprice me, dare I even say scam me for unnecessary repairs, claiming the compressor and the motherboard were out on my refrigerator and it would be over 1k for parts and labor. Mind you the inspection it’s self was $70 which would be credited to me if I moved forward with repairs. Called another place who scheduled me and appointment the next day and after inspection which was $50 by the way, recharged my refrigerator and had it cooling in about 40 minutes. Total cost was $150 and I have a recipe to prove it. Would not recommend and hate to say it’s one of the first options to pop up on google when you look up refrigerator repairs.

Called in and spoke with angel and let me just say she has the most cheerful sweet voice ever she took her time in explaining all charges to me and got me on the schedule the very same day I called in I would highly recommend this business as they take pride in providing great customer and repair service the tech Pete was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all my questions as he looked over my unit I will be a returning customer thank you guys so much

I appreciate the fast professional service I received from this company. The attention to detail and the additional help was appreciated. They called , confirmed, and arrived on time. The service was the best.
