I called this morning to confirm service appointment which was done through Sears warranty, they never received it from Sears. They went above and beyond to add me to have someone come out today once I called Sears to have the service confirmation sent to them. Darrel arrived at my house an hour later, now that's what I call excellent service, he was able to fix my washer today. Super Appliance Man will be my go to for future appliance repairs. Shout out to you also Pam for getting this resolved quickly!!

Pete McKinney was our technician, he was professional, timely and very knowledgeable. He arrived early and did a full diagnostic of our issue.We are very appreciative for his expertise in repairing our refrigerator! The team is so helpful, responsive and communicative! When my furnace stopped working they found a way to fit me in by next day, and we had a plan to resolve things that was smart about cost- one step at a time. This was my second time calling and receiving service. Having anyone in your home during the pandemic is a big deal- appreciate the time spent explaining things and friendly energy. And JoAnn can soothe any frayed nerve when your appliance is down. As a single home owner, I can’t imagine trusting anyone else.

Update in response to owners comment: This happened in July of 2019. It was taken over a year and a half ago and you're just now concerned about my feedback? My review is what happened, I stand behind it.

Original review from July 2019:
They were sent by my home warranty to repair my a/c. I was told we needed to put freon in and they would return if it leaked. Not surprisingly they a/c stopped blowing cold in about a week. When I called back, it took 3 days for a technician (because they are closed on the weekend). The technician returns only to inform me the compressor needs to be replaced and that first needs to be approved. OK, I can understand that - let's put in some freon and buy me another week of comfort while it gets sorted. That is when I was informed he brought no freon and he gave me some nonsense about how busy it has been. The first call Monday morning during a/c breakdown season and they don't have freon on their trucks? What kind of a/c repair company thinks that is an acceptable way to do business? I gave up on the home warranty and am had a large reputable repair company fix my a/c. I was worried when I had not received a receipt after three requests for one from their first visit. I would have been willing to wait and let them do the repair had they only stocked freon as one would expect. If your warranty company tells you they are sending these guys - ask for someone else.

I called Super Appliance Man to handle an AC outage that occurred on Memorial Day Weekend. On very short notice they fit us into their schedule and had the very old unit properly repaired. The technician who stopped by, Dwayne, did fantastic work and clearly had explained what went wrong with the unit, what he did to fix it, and what we could expect going forward (since it is an old unit). Fantastic work. I highly recommend them.

Great service! My technician (I believe Gregory) was very polite, friendly and professional. He was very respectful and mindful of COVID-19 concerns when operating in my home.
I like they send the same person to handle the job from beginning to end.
They keep you updated on progress and delays.
Pleasantly surprised by the great service. My home warranty service, AHS, different story. AHS sucks! 2 weeks to get a part with no updates provided.

Pete did what the GE appliance technician couldn't do!! Pete diagnosed the blown motor in under 5 minutes (the GE tech said it was working when clearly it was not). After the diagnosis, he explained it and showed it to me then communicated next steps. Once the part arrived the installation was scheduled and Pete got my dishwasher motor replaced. He checked his work and even cleaned up afterwards!! I appreciate his level of attentiveness, expertise, and efficiency. I will make my 1st call to him next time.

Jay was incredible! I have had three other furnace technicians come out to try to wire my furnace to work with the nest. They all failed. Jay was able to explain to me exactly what he did to fix my furnace and make it work correctly. He offered additional solutions as well for improvement. I highly recommend Super Appliance Man!

Sidney was very professional and thorough with all aspects of the service repair. He explained the present problem and solution, when to expect a follow up call, time for delivery of repair parts, a return visit for installation. He was on time and solved our troubles with our washer. Would definitely recommend his service to family and friends. Thank you Sidney!

We used Super Appliance Man as they were the provider through our home warranty. While the home warranty company gave us the runaround a left much to be desired, the crew at Super Appliance Man took it upon themselves to apologize on their behalf and to keep us as informed as possible, and look for alternate solutions. We ultimately gave up on the warranty and used them on their own and they were extremely fast in fixing our AC at an affordable price. I'll be calling them next time I have an issue!
