Super Appliance Man

Wanted to put 0 stars but wont allow...VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...I was assigned this company to servce my washing machine..I gve ALL INFO about the machine to company..so they know what expect...Super Appl..came to my house and as soon as tech sees washing machine he says they DONT SRVCE this brand and leaves..un beknown to me,and a few months later,this company filed a report on ME for refusing to Pay...my thing is this..if you know you dont servce this brand why would you even come out...and why report me and not the warranty company that supposedly didnt supply the info..bt even if tht company didnt gve u the info, wouldnt you as a company ask for tht info knowing sme brands u dont service..

Had received a call from this provider from through insurance. They had called to schedule and appointment and were very rude over the phone: the first representative stated that they have a wait window of 4 hours. After I had requested that maybe they can give me a call the day of service in the morning with a two hours window once they have the schedule, she told me to go to a different. Surprised, I decided to do just that, and then she told me that her supervisor would like to speak to me. At first I was delighted, hoping that we can figure this out, but he just wanted to tell me that this is how they do business and I should go to a different provider. They were both quite unprofessional and rude, and he then told me that he is canceling the appointment and hung up on me. I haven't received any technical service from them but I think we are a bad match, and doubt that they would have done quality work in my home after being so rude over the phone. Hanging up on a customer is never a good look.

The super appliance man operation is family owned by a VERY efficient, experienced & professional group of individuals who deserve 10 stars as far as I'M concerned!! I speak from experience when I say they know what they are doing and are WELL organized!! Let me give you a short summary about them.../ JAY is a JOY who has any & all info if you need it (I spoke w/him first)! DEE-DEE is a DOLL in customer service, she is very sweet & patient and will get you scheduled very quickly for any appliance service you may need (she even called me back after scheduling me to confirm she had my correct info)! DWAYNE is a DELIGHT who will promptly get you any parts needed in a timely manner if needed to repair your appliance! SIDNEY is SENSATIONAL and is a MASTER technician who knows Exactly what he is doing!! He repaired my fridge today & it's running like it's brand new!! I highly recommend them!! Needed a repair to be done quickly and super appliance man did NOT disappoint. They got the part and were in the next morning. Pete did a great job - very knowledgeable and courteous.

Super Appliance Man did an excellent job handling my home warranty repair. They were great from beginning to end! Dispatch was super friendly, courteous, and helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and friendly each time he came out and always explained what was being done. The parts were not available anywhere locally despite their tremendous efforts. They called me the moment a part was received and got their technician out immediately. They went above and beyond to get my heat back up and running as quickly as possible. I am very happy with the service we received.

These folks saved the day when every other appliance repair person in Chicago was booked a week out. They scheduled for the next day and were just super fast, responsive, helpful, informative, and reasonably priced. Sooooo happy to have found someone available and reliable.

We were introduced to Super Appliance Man (Darrel) through our home warranty for our HVAC system when it wasn’t working efficiently. Darrel was extremely knowledgeable in explaining everything that was going on. Unfortunately, the system was 19 years old and needed to be replaced. Within a few hours Dwayne provided us with a quote for replacing. My fiancé and I took time to do research and ended up getting a few different quotes and Super Appliance Man was the most reasonable of them all. Darrel and Dwayne made sure we were getting the best system for our condo at the best price. When installation day came around Darrel and Pete did a fantastic job installing the furnace, HVAC, and a new water heater. This was not an easy job, due to the previous renovators, yet they didn’t give up and finished in one day. They were efficient, communicative, clean, respectful and very knowledgable. We will for sure be using them in the future! Thank you!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!! I found these guys through my former home warranty company a few years ago. It was a pleasant surprise to discover they are a black owned busines. Pete and Dwayne have provided amazing services. They are always professional and their prices are affordable.

Super Appliance Man came out to repair our Washer & Dryer. The Tech was Greg. Greg diagnosed the problem and assessed the solution for repair within seconds. The Super Appliance Man office administration was polite and very friendly and promptly contacted us regarding our appliance issues, making an appointment and verifying all the details of our service. They kept in communication with us every step of the way and updated us on the status of their arrival and repair. Greg was excellent, professional, polite and very friendly. The Washer works perfectly again, and the motor in our Dryer is broken so he quickly ordered a new motor and will be back to install it. We will definitely be relying upon Super Appliance Man for any future repairs. For sure, for sure 7 Star service!

i had a great experience with Super Appliance Man. the admin staff was very helpful and kinda over the phone and the provider that came to my home was also very kind and helpful. he explained to me what the issue with my refrigerator was and also have me advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. the cost of service was also very straightforward. i will definitely be contacting them for any other repairs.
