Super Appliance Man

The repairman, Sydney, showed up quickly and was very efficient. They were also very honest in their assessment and recommendation of my options, and provided great advice for future purchases. I would use them again and HIGHLY recommended Super Appliance Man!!

They repaired my furnace and everything was top notch:
1. Getting the appointment was easy, they even called me to offer an earlier appointment.
2. The technician fixed the main issue and took care of a secondary problem that showed up after the main reparation.
3. Communication was straight forward and friendly.
4. I really appreciate the sense of urgency of the technician, he was really focused on getting things done fast and proper.

I would recommend this company. They were able to repair my furnace when another company wanted to charge me for a new furnace. The technicians were on time, courteous and very professional. Thank you. I have heat!! 👏 👏 👏

He called before he arrived, I also received an email to let me know the Tech was in en route. When he arrived at my home he wore the proper Proper Protective gear (Mask) the entire time he diagnosed my machine. His knowledge showed immediately! In less then 5 mins he had diagnosed the problem and was letting me know the next steps! I was impressed! Every thing he said would happen, happened and in the order he told me.

We needed our whole AC unit replaced. Called Super Appliance Man and a technician was sent to our house within the week. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had the technician was more than willing to answer while he continued to work. The technician made sure everything worked properly and efficiently before he left. This company is professional and reliable and I will definitely use them again.

They are so responsive to a service request, calling to schedule right away and even offering same-day service for my broken furnace. I have used Super Appliance Man twice so far and have been thrilled with the professionalism, knowledge, ability to problem solve, and responsiveness of their staff. I have used this business on several occasions and each event proved to be very satisfactory. The technicians were professional, friendly and respectful of myself and my home. The repairs were completed promptly, parts needed were ordered and arrived in a timely manner and the office contacts were easy, informative and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this business for appliance service/repair.

The tech, Pete, came to repair of AC. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He spoke with confidence, looked at the unit and quickly identified the issue. It was resolved within an hour, no fuss or confusion. Just confidence and resolution based. It made me feel at ease about the repair and established an immediate sense of trust. The front office was amazing as well. No drama, just all around accommodating to the customer's need.

Came to fix my A/C. Dispatcher called me immediately after submitting my request to schedule an appointment and they were able to come fix it a day and a half later. My technician, Sidney, called me an hour after my servicing window opened to let me know when to expect him. He arrived right on time and fixed the issue in less than twenty minutes. Additionally, he specifically re-arranged my unit to prevent the same problem from re-occurring. Sidney was a perfect professional and I would highly recommend.

I booked them for An AC repair. They at first Canceled the original appointment due to the rain but waited an extra 3 days despite sunny weather conditions. When the day came, they told me they would be there closer to 8am and came at 12pm. All that was ok because I understand there is a lot demand. When the technician arrived, he seemed to be in a rush. He reviewed the unit quickly and recommended a cleaning; for a 15 year old unit that very clearly was not working. He then started giving obscure reasons why and would not provide any clear next steps all while seeming to be in a rush. He then promised to send follow up instructions and pictures and I have yet to get anything. It was just a very off putting experience. I booked another technician I can trust and am going to ignore this company’s recommendation. This review is specific to an ac; maybe you’ll have better luck with smaller appliances and easier fixes.
Also, really weird name for a company if I’m being honest.

Update on this:
I got another contractor who I trusted and it turns out there was a leak in the air conditioning unit and the condenser was not working. I'm not sure if this company is incompetent or dishonest. Just stay away from them. I'm posting this same review on yelp to warn people.
