Super Appliance Man

My experience with this particular technician (Pete McKinley) was amazing from start to finish. I hope I have the correct spelling of his name. This technician went the extra mile, above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service he provided to me. Mr. McKinley care about his clients and his job. My recommendation for this technician, I will have to give him 10 stars. He really cares! I appreciate in having meet someone like Mr. McKinley, he’s a wonderful asset to the company! Thank you Mr McKinley! Keep up the good work!

Darryl was very professional, courteous, informative and arrived as scheduled. I called for a clothes washer issue where water was leaking from the machine. Darryl showed it was an easily fixable issue and didn't try to do any of the crazy upcharging that some repair companies try to do. He also did a dryer maintenance as well.

I would definitely use them again.

Our A/C was not working properly, but Super Appliance Man technician, Sidney, got it up and running again quickly and thoroughly! Gave us good information on maintenance that will help us moving forward. Would happily recommend this company’s services! Thanks.

Wow! what a horrible experience. My Sears Protection Plan steered me to Super Appliance Man for a Samsung washer repair. Appointment time between 8-12pm. I telephoned at 8 a.m. to confirm my appointment. But to my disappointment, Super Appliance Man indicated their was no such documentation/ticket from Sears indicating my appointment. After several telephone calls back and forth to Sears and Super Appliance Man, the problem lies with Super Appliance Man. In conclusion, no service repair man was available on this date, but another service date was provided a week later. ( If any body understands how important a washing machine is to a house of 4, then you will understand my disappointment) Bad customer service. Definitely, will not recommend or use this company in the future.

The 2 gentlemen that came were on time, very professional, had on masks, immediately introduced themselves when they arrived. They were very careful and respectful of my home. Most importantly they took care of the problem. This is my second time using them for repairs in my.home Both.times have been excellent experiences. I highly recommend them.and would use them again without hesitation.

We have used super appliance man 4 times now over the past couple of years. We have multiple properties and have had appliances go out. They have fixed three different dryers and a dishwasher. These guys are reliable and have been able to fix the issues every time. Anytime we have an issue we just call them.

I've used them before and they responded in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem and resolved the problem within the time they gave me. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services.

Great experience working with Sidney. He called 20min before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way. He fixed the freezer and even look the time to fix a broken water line. We definitely recommend
