My warranty company referred me to them and I couldn’t be happier. They scheduled promptly, showed up to the appt early, and got the A/C at my rental unit running—all on the same trip and for a fraction of the quotes I had received last week. Thanks for the honest diagnosis and incredible service!

Our AC was broken heading into a very hot weekend. They sent a technician, Darrel, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Darrel was able to fix our issue and have our unit running again quickly!

Super Appliance Man sent Sidney to evaluate and repair the water hose extending from my icemaker. He was pleasant from start to finish. Sidney came prepared to addressed the issue with speed and agility. Sidney showed me where the hose had failed and explained how he adjusted the replacement hose to avoid the problem in the future. Thanks Super Appliance Man.

Our furnace stopped working and Darrel was communicative and responsive, got the needed parts incredibly fast and we had heat far faster than we could have hoped. The company and Darrel were all great!

I feel like I was kind of nickeled and dimed by this company. I was charged for a piece I already had but since the technician had to remove it from something else (which took all of 1 min and I could've done myself) and install it in the appliance that it was needed for, they were just looking for more ways to increase the amount for the service instead of actual work done. I even tried to work with them on the price but the price was worth more than a bad review. Will not use again

Great service. Pete is absolutely the best. He was very professional and is the best at fixing dryers. Don't think about using this service use it and you will be greatly satisfied.

Very helpful in working with insurance company patient and helped me advocate for work being approved. Got on extra phone calls to speak with inexperienced representatives. Saved me so much time and frustration.

The experience was great he solved the problem he went over and beyond I was very impressed this is not the first time I used them and they came on time the fix my furnace with no problems he explained everything he was very professional he kept his mask on and put on plastic shoes to protect my floors.

Communication with this company has been horrific! Home warranty booked them on a Sat for a repair. Did not hear from them until Monday when I called and they weren't available until Wed. They gave me a repair time of 8am- 1pm. Unlike most companies they did not offer the Courtesy of calling to give a tighter window the day before or day of. It is now 1pm exactly and I have heard from no one in the company and now the front office is not answer the phone! I've never seen such poor communication!
