This company is really great and very responsive. I put in a service call to install my washer and they were very responsive and kept me updated on the status of the technician, Sydney, arriving. Once Sydney arrived he was very professional and kind and got the work done fairly quickly. Once the work was done I made the payment and received my receipt right away. I highly recommend them especially if you want the work done right and in a timely manner. They are great!

This is my second time using Super Appliance Man to clean my furnace to ready for the winter months and both times, Pete McKinney was my service provider. He is a great representation of the company: dependable, fast, efficient and friendly. Each time he serviced my furnace, he explained to me what he was doing and how everything was going. He was also kind enough to provide a courtesy call when he was in route and was done with his work quickly and did a thorough job. I highly recommend this company and this technician.

Darrell, the technician, was very professional, empathetic, and respectful. He did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem with my dryer and came back promptly to install the parts when they came. The company responds promptly to calls and inquiries. This is one of the best customer experience I've ever had.

We needed our stove fixed. Called Super Appliance Man and a technician was sent to our house in a day. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician made sure everything worked properly and efficiently before he left. This company is professional and reliable and I will definitely use them again.

We used Super Appliance through our home warranty and had a wonderful experience! The home warranty company was confusing and not communicative at times, but Super Appliance (Daryl was our great technician) helped work out the issue and provided great service. He was responsive, patient, on-time and explained the issue to us. We would definitely recommend!

This was my first experience with this company and I was very satisfied. My ice maker hasn’t been working for about a month. The technician was very nice. He called and gave his eta and arrived on time. He took his time and figured out was happening. He was very informative and told me exactly what the problem was and repaired it quickly. I would definitely use them again!!

When Darrel called I was still in class teaching and requested 5 more minutes. He was very understanding and waited. Darrel came to our house to check on our furnace. We’ve had issues the past week, but today it was working fine. I explained the issue to Darrel, and he patiently gave me an idea what could be going wrong and suggested that a cleaning needed to be done. He offered his service to clean it. After cleaning, Darrel talked us through what could happen to our furnace because it is older and may need more maintenance. I appreciate Darrel’s patience and kind explanation of what is going on with our furnace! I would recommend Darrel for his services, and hope with any further issues he’s the technician assigned to my home.

Received service on AC unit. Company timeliness was impeccable. Company responded and dispatched technician, completed repair service <24 hrs after the request. Sidney the technician was very professional, polite and efficient during encounter. Dwight from dispatch was very flexible with scheduling and answering service questions.
