Super Appliance Man

I've never used this business before, but was in need to get my furnace fixed. Its the worse time, because it happened in Feb. First off, the receptionist is complete rude and unprofessional, secondly the techician comes out, couldn't figure out exactly what's wrong with my furnace. He Tells me his company will contact me and I heard nothing! I tried to contact the techician, no answer. This is so unacceptable!!!!! I should have stuck with Sears like I normally do! Bottom line, I won't use this place ever again! Furnace is not fixed and I waste time which i don't have!

The folk at Super Appliance Man are great! They made contact in a timely manner and kept me posted on when the technician would arrive. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and clean. He fixed the problem and we are happy with the service they provide.

They were fantastic! Came out the next day and got everything working within a half hour. He really could not have been nicer and better at his job! Would absolutely recommend them to fix your air conditioning!

These guys completed 2 furnace repairs for me (home and also rental property) via home warranty claims. Both repairs required parts to be shipped. They were very responsive and professional for both repairs (which had a different technician for each).
