Citywide Supply and Service

My central air unit stopped working last night. Today is one of the hottest days in Chicago. I located this wonderful company on line this morning and gave them a call. I informed the dispatcher about my unit and he said someone would be out between 12-4 today. I was shock the see Mitchell at my door at 11am. He checked out my unit and instantly knew what the problem was. He took the part back to his company and repaired it their. He brought it back within 2 hours, installed the part and my A/C unit is working better than it ever have. Thank you MItchell. You saved the day!!!!

Was in urgent need of an igniter for a furnace and didnt want to order it online. We called citywide last minute to see if they had the part. He had me text a photo of the part to make it easier and called me back immediately that they had it. They were closing but said he would stay open until we got there. We were extremely pleased with the great customer service and would definetly recommend citywide supply to friends and family. They also have two of the cutest dogs inside the store chestnut and breeze, super friendly !

Had the best experience. They came out when no one else would. Went the extra mile every step of the way from attempting to repair our old unit to installing a new one. Wonderful to work with in every way you can think of. They will always be our one and only call for any HVAC needs we have.

Had an amazing experience at citywide. My furnace went out on a Saturday evening I was told they had the part, drove out and was greeted by the owner. Very friendly and informative! Would recommend to anyone. Also gave my little one a flashlight which made her day :) Thanks Citywide!!

Furnace broke of course on a hot day. Connor came and was able to get the correct parts and discovered another issue. He was honest and showed exactly what was wrong. He texted with an accurate estimate for his time of arrival. He also looked at my ac making sure it was working properly. I will definitely use the company again.

The capacitor blew on my AC on the Fourth of July. I called them up with my fingers crossed that they really were available 365 days a year 24/7. Guess what? They picked up, they were friendly, professional and they had the part I needed. A fair price and I had my AC back up and running within 2 hours! They just earned a spot in my phone's contact list.

I called Citywide on Monday 12/11/17 and was told someone would be here in an hour. To my surprise they got here in 45 mins. Mitchell was very courteous and efficient. I was worried on how much it was going to cost to check and repair the boiler but was happy when I was told the service charge would be included with the repair. I'm glad I cancelled Four Seasons because the service charge was more than Citywide and the wait time was ridiculous between 11 am - 4 pm. I know I will use Citywide in the future at my home and my mom's. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Knowledgeable and professional. They were able to diagnosis the issues with my entire HVAC system very quickly and quoted a better price than anyone else. Runs like a champ! 10/10 would recommend.

Mitch is great. I highly recommend City Wide. At Mitch's suggestion, we explored a low cost option to rebuild my broken inducer. Turns out it was shot and needed to be replaced, but it's the thought that counts. Here's hoping I won't need furnace parts anytime soon. But if I do, I'm going to City Wide.

Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable team! They were opened on Thanksgiving and resolved our heating issue quickly- finding the issue and charging a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend them!!! Thank you Mitch and Mitch Jr.! Happy holidays!
