Emanuel Brothers is our go-to for anything HVAC related. They provide immaculate service and Tom and Kevin are great professionals to work with. We've had to call the office a few times and experienced professional and supportive customer service from their staff. This is a great family-owned business that we will continue to do business with!

Superb service. Tom was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our furnace went out this morning, and within an hour, he had scheduled an appointment for the afternoon to come fix it. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. He was even able to save us money by guiding us over the phone on how to fix one of the issues ourselves. The next time we have a HVAC issue, we’ll definitely be giving these guys a call.

Used this company for many years, but no more. Appointment for 10-noon. I called the morning of the appointment and finally got a human being to answer. Was told firm couldn't give me an ETA more precise than 10-noon. Wouldn't tell me whether I was early on the call list or later. Wouldn't tell me at 10 am whether a technician was at my front door. Very imperial attitude with no regard to what time constraints I was under. No empathy. Just sit or go find some other company. I did.

this family seems genuine and trustworthy. They try to help you fix your older units when they understand your unique situation, even though it would be easier to replace unit. good workers, I recommend them.

This company does a solid job, but we did have a problem scheduling a follow up visit on a humidifier problem to replace a part (They came out, took a piece off and then forgot to come back.) They are old school with communications, you need to continue calling them to stay on top of scheduling, so once we realized this, we were able to get them back out fairly easily. However, the work they do while here is top notch and highly recommended.

To the company's credit, they took full responsibility for not coming back out in a timely manner, and rectified our humidifier issues completely, better than new.

We have been using them when needed for close to 10 years now. Honest and reliable. We have a couple of older properties built when the dinosaurs were still roaming around Chicago. The boiler for the radiators in one of them is old but solid and the crew at Emanuel Brothers keeps things running smooth when needed.

After going through 4 other HVAC companies over the years, I contacted Emanuel Brothers to install a new A/C this season. Their service, professionalism, and rigor on the job were outstanding and their prices were a good value. Note that I say "good value" and not "cheapest in town"...you can probably find a lower estimate to do the work, but as I found out (the hard way) over the years, you will ultimately get what you pay for with HVAC and the experience of the tradesman matters more than many people realize. They're one of the only teams I've done business with during my remodel that actually cares about doing things right.

I am a real estate broker in the Chicago area. Tom with Emanuel Heating and Plumbing did a great job in a timely manner on some inspection items that threatened the sale of my seller's home. Tom was easily accessible and answered my many questions with patience and good humor. Thanks, Tom. You rock!

Scheduled furnace check-up 2 wks prior and was told they would be out between 9-10am. I never received a call to confirm the day before. I called at 9am to confirm and was told that they would get to me when they could. I was furious as I took the morning off and decided to cancel and the son's owner was extremely rude. I'm sure if I was a man I would not have been treated that way as he referenced me as "Hey Lady."
