    Amazing customer service, now i see why he gets great reviews. He is a great peson that wants to help you out in your situation. 1st time customer and I'll forever recommend people to him. He is open 24hrs, just call in advanced to make an appointment. Cheaper than Amazon and Ebay and I don't have to wait for the item to be delivered or pay that delivery fee. Thanks again for keeping families warm and cool.

    First time to meet the owner, he give me a honest advise on my existing refrigeration system. He is going out his way to trying to find me a permeant fix for my current split system on my cooler. He give me a great first impression, and I am sure he will give care of his customer.

    These guys saved me! Furnace motor went out on July 4th and after calling around to see what the lead time on someone coming in to repair it and not hearing anything, I called Citywide on a longshot. Not only was someone still there at 3:30pm, he had the motor and run capacitor in stock for my old old furnace and agreed to stay open until 4. Mvps!!

    SAVED THE NIGHT! My mothers HVAC system failed at 9pm due to a bad inducer motor. I thought I was out of luck being how late it was but I found Citywide online and thought Id give them a try... surprisingly they answered, stocked the part and I was able to pick it up within 20 minutes. I swapped out the inducer motor and the heat was back! Thanks Citywide!

    I just love this place!! such great people. I was in such a bad place when my air conditioner started smoking and making some really strange noises. I called citywide supply and my troubles were over. They came right over and assured me everything was going to be just fine. They courteous,helpful, just made me feel comfortable

    I stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon, when nobody else is open. Found the capacitor I needed. Gentleman had it waiting on the counter for me (I had called ahead). Called on Sunday morning looking for another part...yep, phone answer and friendly helpful service was on the other end. Hands down, great local spot for HVAC supplies. If I can't get this unit fixed they will definitely get a call for a replacement.

    Connor works diligently to get the job done. He came out to fix a failing capacitor on my AC unit in the middle of a storm and charged me a very fair price for the work. Highly recommended!!

    My AC unit went out and I needed a new capacitor. I called citywide and asked if they had this specific capacitor and they said yes but we won't be open until 11:00 am even though they claim to be open 24 hours everyday. The part costs $14.95 or lower everywhere. I sent someone to get the part while I worked on the AC. When they got there the owner said they did not have that part and the only one they had was the larger one and that it cost $58. When they came back with the part I looked at the bill and thought there must be some mistake. The part goes for a max of $17.95 retail at any shop. I thought it must be a mistake and they charged for the box of 5 price and called them. They claimed that was the price and then proceeded to accuse me of wanting to return it because it was the wrong part or something. No I was fine with the part just not the price. They said they do not accept returns and he went on a rant for a very long time. When I said do you think it is ok to charge 4X-5X the price for a part he said that was "fair" retail price even though there website says open to the public at contractor prices. He then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. Wholesale price on item was $7.95 divided into $58 equals 7.3X markup.
