I found them while looking for a new limit switch for my heater. Mitch found the part early in the morning and it was even an upgrade over what I originally had. When I had an issue Mitch went out of his way to come over and fix things and while here he diagnosed an even more major problem that I had with the blower wheel and fixed it.

Above and beyond, honest and invested in the community. Any parts I need going forward or any work I need done, this will be the only place I use.

Citywide Supply and Service saved the day for us. We called them on Christmas Eve around noon and they were out at our house a half hour later. Mitch the owner came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Mitch was so nice and understanding about what we needed done and the time crunch we were in since it was the afternoon on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called this company for repairing the commercial walk in cooler and its door. The person that I contacted, Mitch, was very polite and responsibly took care of the issue all the way to satisfy me and my business. The cooler door was adjusted to fit my old unit (smaller than the standard size) and installed very professionally. I cannot put all the details here within the limited space but lastly I really recommend you to experience their service. Never lets you down for sure.

Was in a rush as my blower motor for my old York furnace pace-ld14n100a that was burnt out. Called them and they had a blower motor in stock. Saved me because the weather will be dropping the next few days.

I cannot say enough good things about Citywide Supply & Service. Mitch was completely accommodating. Boiler died early Friday, I didn't notice until late that I needed a pilot burner that was going to take at least a week to be delivered. I called Citywide early Saturday morning with my inquiry. Mitch asked me to send a picture of the part I needed. After several texts back and forth we discovered Mitch had the part I needed.
Not only that I didn't get off work until 6:30 pm and he stayed in the shop long enough for me to pick up the much needed part. During the peak of the Covid 19 pandemic he made sure I could heat my home. THANK YOU does not even cover the appreciation I have for Mitch and Citywide.

We were experiencing a gas leak in our furnace. Connor was responsive and diligent about finding the cause of the leak. He took his time to check the whole furnace and to determine the best course of action. He showed me the leak and explained to me the best course of action. He took his time to explain possible other services that we may need to address down the road.

Outstanding Service: On New Year's Eve, when most suppliers were closed, I was in need of a hot surface ignitor for my furnace. After a diligent search I came across Citywide Supply Service and they had the part, and I was so thankful. I arrived to the store, was met with very friendly service upon my arrival, and they explained the various services they provide. They were very helpful in store. But wait, it doesn't end there. Another issue arose with the furnace the next day, yes New Year's Day. I contacted Mitch with the issue, he came to my house within the hour and completed the repair efficiently at a very reasonable rate. Did I mention, VERY REASONABLE RATE!!!

Great, convenient service! I was in need of an inducer motor for a Carrier furnace. After not having any luck with the local suburban shops near my home, I found Citywide through an internet search. I called the phone number provided, but reached their voicemail. Thinking that the store was possibly closed for the day, I didn’t leave a voicemail. I was pleasantly surprised a few minutes later when I received a text message from Citywide stating that they were sorry for missing my phone call. I was able to send the inducer motor part number to them through a text and they quickly replied that they had the motor in stock. The price Citywide was asking for the motor was very reasonable! It was the same price that I had found on two of the major online HVAC supply websites, and $100 - $300 cheaper than some of the suburban HVAC supply stores. Plus, it was available same day and I didn’t have to pay for shipping. It’s neat how they converted an old bar into their HVAC supply store. My son and I were even offered a cold soda when we went to pick the part up. It’s great knowing they are available 24 hours a day as well! I highly recommend Citywide Supply and Service and will be sharing my experience with all of my family and friends. Thank you!

The experience I encountered with Citywide was phenomenal. My furnace needed to be replaced and I went online and came across this company. Excellent services from beginning to the end starting with Mitch quoting me a reasonable price with an installation for next day. My furnace was installed 10/30 by Mike and Ron, powerful duo. Unit was installed perfectly and the area was vey neat and clean. Answered any and every question I had and removed the old unit as well. I am so happy with the work that was done. Highly recommended.
