    Exceptional service. I dealt with a few companies for repairs before finding Mitch last year. He's done two big repairs for me, same day, with the best prices and service one can get. Highly recommended for any and all of your HVAC needs. Thanks Mitch!

    My restaurant walk in refrigeration and freezer went down after a power outage . I called around and no one was able to help me since it was already 8-9pm. Connor was such a delight and came to my rescue. He worked efficiently, he was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done. Thank you Connor, I appreciate you so much!

    I had some difficulty finding the right fan motor for my AC compressor. It turns out that it was not the original. After trying several companies I contacted Citywide. I was going to pick up one up the next day from another supplier. Citywide called me back and after several calls and texts the proper moter was found and it was available. When I picked it up they showed me how to adapt the wiring. Best service I have had in a long time. I will recommend them to anyone who needs parts.

    I have nothing but high praise for Mitch and Citywide Supply & Service. The blower motor in my 18 year old furnace originally quit working (I had ordered a replacement for it online from someone else), but once I got the new motor in, the blower still wouldn't start. I called Mitch and he thought it was a problem with the control board too (when the furnace goes out, it might not just be one part that quit working). Luckily, he had one in stock. I picked it up at his shop, installed it, and then the blower motor worked but when the burners fired, they shut off after 10 seconds. Another call to Mitch and he recommended to clean the flame sensor real good. Once I did that and started the furnace, it ran like it's brand new. The family is now happy that the house is warm.

    So, to close.... You might be able to find parts cheaper online but those cheaper parts don't necessarily come with phone support to fix the problem. I needed that control board in a pinch and Mitch came through to help me get it working and to solve the flame sensor problem. I have no problem paying a few extra bucks more to go pick the part up, ask questions, inspect it, and call Mitch for help. I'll definitely go back to Citywide Supply & Service if I have further furnace issues. BTW, I'm not an HVAC Technician by any means. Just a consumer trying to save a few bucks on expensive service calls and learn a few things in the process.

    My carbon monoxide Detecters went off and I had to call the Fire Dept, they told me the problem was coming from the furnace. I called Citywide within 30 min they were there. It was cold and they didn't want to see me go the night without heat so Mitch Jr started Installing my new Furnace at 3 in the afternoon and finished before 9 PM. This is a great Family run business that cares about their Clientele . Should definitely be the first Place you call

    Great service and great guys, I run a restaurant and my walk in cooler was dying and freezing up. I tried a whole week to call multiple companies and no one responded to emails or calls but I stumbled upon this page at 12am in the morning because that "773" just like the commercials i shot my shot with another email and they responded to me the very next day so about 9am they emailed and texted me and called. I was ready to buy a whole new cooling system due to the fact that i had very old equipment Boss man(forgot his name sorry !!) and AL fixed it up until we scheduled a date to install a whole brand new system. They installed a new system a week later best for my schedule came bright and early 7 am and finished by 2 pm due to complications with my old unit they improved many things for on my walk in fridge. After they finished The Bosman left by 2pm and when he said he just got home, he remembered he forgot to set something on the brand new cooler. after coming 1 hour and 30 mins away from comfort and his exhausting day Bosman and AL came right back to Finnish the job no next day or next week he came right back at 6:30pm and we all know that's clock out hours haha. they are professionals and cool folks to work with i bet it was faith because I forgot to ask them to check out my freezer and they gave me a good estimate at the same time, very informative and let me know what I can do myself. once i gather more money I'll be calling them back to install newer units for my business for sure !!!

    My furnace went out and Mitch was able to get Jim out the same day! Jim put a new furnace the next day and I was up and working!!!! My house was as cold as 44 degrees inside. So thank you Mitch and Jim!!!! I will highly recommend Citywide Supply and Service.

    My furnace was not working late Night in the dead of winter starting the new year I called Citywide and spoke with Mitch he informed me he could not come out to fix the problem because of all the repairs that night but he kindly told me over the phone what to do and i got my furnace up and running I gotta say you don't come across honest guys like this!! Most repair guys would not tell you how to fix the problem obviously there in business to make money and most repair guys would give you the BS and come out and stiff you!! but because of his kindness and honesty that tells me a lot about this company i will definitely use Citywide for my future repair needs and will highly recommend citywide to my family and friends!!!     So happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of Mitch and his colleagues. They installed a massive walk-in cooler for my business and did an amazing job despite serval structural challenges in the way -- they made it work!
