Citywide Supply and Service

The moment I contacted Citywide Supply and Service for the first time, I received timely, professional service. I can't say enough good things about Connor and his work. On 2 occasions now he's come out to help diagnose and fix the issue at hand quickly, and even outside of typical business hours to help accommodate my work schedule. He does a great job of explaining what's going on as well as how he's going to remedy things. Having someone to call who you feel is trustworthy AND knowledgeable is priceless. I know who I will be calling for any and all HVAC concerns moving forward!

Our furnace went out on a Sunday, but Citywide's shop was open on Sundays. When our attempt at fixing it failed, Citywide came out and did the work for a very fair price. Their knowledge is deep and their commitment to fixing our current system--as opposed to selling us a new one--was highly appreciated. Mitch was very professional, and you're in good hands with him.

This place deserves 6 stars!! Wish we knew about them years ago!! We have been using the same HVAC company our builder used to install our furnace.
Lost heat on a Friday,; had them come on Saturday. Long story short we were quoted $1500 to replace one part on next business day but was advised we should replace the furnace. After googling the issue, we contacted Citywide and bought the part needed at 1/5 of price and they even advised us what to do. Ended up we needed more help and a second part. They came out on Monday, quickly diagnosed and fixed our furnace for less than $400.

Everyone is super friendly, professional and went over and beyond. Hands down a great business and telling everyone I know to use them.

Citywide Supply and Service was great to work with when my HVAC unit needed repair. They were responsive to my call and came out and quoted me quickly and efficiently. Mitchell was able to come back out the next day to install an entire new unit. He was great to work with in that he was committed to making sure the job got done right. Highly recommend!

Needed to repair my walk in cooler, had a great experience with them the first time not to much the second time. The individual assigned to the job kept making excuses to work around the problem made my business wait 4 days just to give me an answer. Not professional at all was very upset with the way things were handled. Called a competitor and he fixed it in two hours. Lol

Mitch Jr did an excellent job. I called the office this morning and they showed up within 3 hours. Very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot, find the problem and address the issue efficiently. After not having hot water for the night and having to do practically do a polar plunge to take a shower last night, Mitch is my hero. Highly recommend them. Issue ended up being a replacement of my valve/burner assembly. That was beyond my scope of work so glad the pros came through.

From the moment we got off the phone to the moment the job was done I have been highly impressed with Mitch. They gave me fair prices and EXCELLENT service. They repaired my business's walk in cooler. Mitch was there the next morning and got the job done. I had another issue pop up and they came back and fixed it free. I will be using Mitch going forward, great business, best tech.

Just had a great experience using Citywide today. My issue was a boiler that wasn't firing up even though the pilot was on. Called and spoke to Mitch early this morning after finding him online at another review site. Mitch explained that he was leaving on a service call but could come to my home in the afternoon. I'm fairly handy and had eliminated some of the most common points of failure but had struck out and figured I needed a pro who's seen it all to diagnose what the problem was. Mitch didn't disappoint and had me up and running in short order. Lucky for me that the repair didn't require replacing any parts so in this case he only charged me for a basic service call. Always nice to find a tradesman who knows his stuff and is honest. Was a nice guy to do business with and I'll definitely call him the next time I have a heating issue. Posted this review at the other site but figured I would also post here to spread the word.

After a complete misdiagnosis of the issue by another company, Mitch took the time to listen to what I had learned so far. He asked insightful questions, and was able to (accurately) diagnose the problem over the phone. When Connor arrived on the scene, I found him pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The rates were good and the service was great. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Mitch came to our home and was very knowledgeable about the furnace we had. He was very polite and well spoken. The service was very good. Our furnace was not producing heat and was blowing cold air. Mitch quickly fixed the problem. Now our home is very nicely heated. Thanks again Mitch.
