Citywide Supply and Service

We just purchased our new home 3 days ago, and woke up for our furnace not working. In a frenzy, I called and spoke to Mitch. Even though they didn’t have any open times to come service our furnace- I was able to talk about the problem and come and pick up parts to fix it myself! Now after a $65 part- We have heat! We are beyond great full for the service provided, education and knowledge provided!

We have been using Citywide for as long as I can remember. It is a family owned business which I love and everyone is so helpful. Mitch is who we have had so our last few repairs, ranging from adding freon to a total unit replacement in our rental unit. Don’t be fooled, he looks young but he really knows his stuff! Whether it is me or my husband who is doing the communicating, he is always so easy to work with. One of the most important things is that with Mitch, I have always felt that we are getting honest opinions and I know he is making sure we are spending our repair money wisely. They are the best! Last time we spoke was June 2020 when he did a full unit replacement in our condo and he mentioned that his real specialty is commercial refrigeration, I have never used him for that but I would hire him in a heartbeat.

Outstanding HVAC maintenance and installation service. Our residential building has worked with Mitch for the last few years for regular heating and AC maintenance. Prices are very reasonable and service is high quality. I appreciate that Mitch is open with us about the benefits of repair vs. replacement and provides immediate service for both when needed. We wouldn't work with anyone else now.

Connor came out pretty quick as I called for service . Give me some advice to keep the unit and good condition.. Definitely call them again in future for the excellent service.

My furnace was not heating up on a thursday. Really glad it was just the furnace ignitor. They had it in stock so i was able to fix it right away. Mitch was very nice. They were the only place in jefferson park area that was a supply store and is selling parts. Home depot, lowes, menards and ace hardware only sells it online and would've taken at least 3 days to arrive.

Citywide Supply and Service will be our go to service company from now on! I called late in the day on Friday and spoke with a kind, professional gentleman, Mitch. Our 2 floral coolers were not cooling and Mitch gave us options and recommendations. We received service that following morning! Mitchell came out and before arrival, messaged us to let us know his arrival time. He was very professional, skillful, and patient in explaining the issues going on with our coolers. The price was fair, reasonable and everything about this experience was upfront, honest, and professional. I highly recommend this company for HVAC and cooler needs! My A/C blower motor went out at 7pm and with everyone so booked because of the heat, we had to do the repair ourself. I called citywide supply & service at 9:45pm hoping they answer and that he has the part I need and the owner Mitch answered and said he had it in stock and would wait for me if I wanted it. I raced from Aurora and was welcomed with with a warm greeting and the part I needed. He even gave me some install tips for my new part! Thank you Mitch at Citywide supply & service for the best sale and service and being there in such a time of need! I definitely recommend them for your parts and/or repair needs!

Kudos to Mitch, the main person working at this company, for his professionalism and reliability. There was a very small freon leak in the line that connects the condenser to the fan, which he patiently and accurately found. His price was reasonable and I really liked his humbleness. I strongly recommend his services.

I HIGHLY recommend Citywide Supply and Service. I had an emergency time-sensitive situation and Mitch walked me through the issue over the phone and helped remedy the situation. He did not benefit from helping me at all yet still took the time to walk me through the issue---on a bank holiday, no less. That just speaks to the character of Mitch and the business.
If I ever have any issues in the future, I will definitely use Citywide Supply and Service. I can't thank them enough.

14 degrees, 11 PM, furnace starts to fail. Lucky me. Other places I called first didn't pick up the phone, required two on-site visits with insane service fees, and wouldn't let me even ask about whether they had the exact part I needed in stock. I knew what part I needed. Mitch answered the call, had the part ready within 20 minutes, and my furnace was working smoothly shortly after. Thank goodness Mitch and Citywide exists.
