I'm a DIY'er. I was very frustrated when calling around to other HVAC supply companies that they would only do business with professionals. I'm a professional...just in a different field altogether. I was extremely happy to make contact with Mitch, a few hours later buy a replacement blower motor, and install it shortly thereafter. Mitch even took the time to reach out to me minutes after leaving the shop inviting me to contact him and ask questions/let him know how things went with the small project. I was truly impressed!

Exceptional service and professionalism! Mitch came out on a holiday multiple times to fix our building's water heater issue. He was completely dedicated to restoring hot water to the building and bent over backwards to get it done. I would call him again in a heartbeat! You won't find a better guy for the job!

Great doing business with Mitch and Citywide. My furnace was blowing cold air and the burners were not kicking on. Mitch walked me through troubleshooting and ended up being the furnace limit switch going bad. Replaced it with a new one, and everything is working perfectly. Customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommended! Will definitely be using Citywide again.

On a late Sunday night our air conditioner stopped working. We knew we had a string of 95 degree days coming up so we called 3 contractors to call us first thing in the morning. After doing some research we knew we had to replace our central air unit. While all three called back, Mitch was the only one that could guarantee getting it done on Monday at a fair price. Citywide Supply & Service has great service and people! My store A/C wasn't working properly, and it was hard getting anyone within a few days to come and service it. I called Citywide Friday evening, and they came out Saturday morning and got my A/C fixed right away. Mitch was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I live in Norridge and I needed a humidifier to be replaced on my furnace and the AC to be checked on. I found this company randomly online and I called them based on good reviews. My wife called them and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Connor the technician was super professional and did great job. I will use this company in the future for all my heating/ AC issues in the future. Highly recommended service. Thank you!

On Christmas Eve My Father’s Boiler went out. He was the only game in town. He was at the shop when he said he”d be there. Came out at 9:45pm on Christmas Eve. He had the part we needed to repair the boiler. Even provided professional guidance using the schematics I had taken pictures of to show him. We were able to fix the boiler thanks to Mitch being able to accommodate us.

An upcoming construction project made it necessary to re-route A\C lines. Mitch took care of this in short order. He was never to busy for my many questions. Very pleased with his service, most definitely will use him in the future.

My furnace started making a noise Sunday morning, Mitch was out to look at it within an hour. Unfortunately, Mitch told me what I was afraid of, I had a cracked heat exchanger and I needed a new furnace. Mitch quoted me prices for two different furnaces, and explained the differences between the two. He said he could be back the next day to replace it, and that it would take less than the whole day to do it. Mitch showed up at 9am Monday morning with a new furnace. He was nice enough to strip the parts off the old one since I have an identical furnace for my tenant's unit. Mitch and Mark had the old furnace out and the new one installed by 1pm, they fabricated a little bit of duct work since the new furnace was shorter, and even made a cover for the air filter slot.

I was very happy to find Citywide Supply and Service. Mitch came out to take a look at our commercial HVAC unit which is outside on a three story condo. He was able to diagnose the issue and come back within 2 business days to install the part. The heater was fixed in one trip. The part which you might not get from other companies is the fast response time when you call. When I originally called at like 5 in the morning, I did not get dispatch who then sends the message out to a technician, I got Mitch and he came out. He also gave accurate and responsible expected window for expected times of his arrival and was considerate with knowing I was not onsite and would take a little time to get to the location. On the day he was supposed to come back he told me that it would be late afternoon but I texted him back to see if he could come earlier because I was going to a Memorial service and he was able to make it happen
. It has been 5 days since the repair and there have not been any calls from the tenants that the heat was not working so fixed all in one trip! I think if there was one thing I would say that could be improved on is to remind the customer about the yearly checkup so breakdowns don't happen. Very happy with the service.
