Jay is a outstanding small business owner that truly cares about his customers. He was concerned about our needs not what was convenient for him.
When our ac went out during a summer heat wave we had a few quotes our system had a small leak and was down a few pounds of Freon not putting out any cold air. We have a sickly child that can’t be with out it. Other vendors couldn’t get us in any time soon nor would they even try to do anything with our old unit without charging us for leak detector $150 and 3 lbs of Freon at $150 a pound. So $600 to get us working temporarily until they could fit me into there schedule weeks out.
Jay came out the same evening after hours to check our system he confirmed it need to be replaced and offered to get it work temporarily until he could get the new unit in a few days. He did not charge us for the temporary repair, made sure our old unit was working before he left matched the price of the competition got us a better unit and completed the job when promised for the quoted price. I would highly recommend using Always heating and air conditioning. We are very satisfied with our new ac system and the quality work Jay provided to us. Thanks for the great service.

Jay and Steve came out at the last minute before the holidays because we had an issue with our furnace keeping our house at temp. There were definitely some bumps and bruises along the way because of how old and outdated our system was.

What really stood out to me was that they worked all day on our system and didn't leave until the work was 100% complete and all cleaned up. The quality of service was outstanding and they enabled our family to be toasty warm for the holidays.

Would recommend this team for any HVAC work, and we intend to keep them at the top of our list for all future HVAC needs.

Very bad experience. Jay came out to inspect my furnace and literally “inspected”’everything that I had called him out for within less than 5 minutes. I hired another contractor to do what he didn’t do and they repaired a lot of items that needed to be repair and my furnace is working much better now
