ER Air

ER Air responded to our request quickly and arrived on time the next day. They showed up quickly and went above and beyond to clean our vents and repair some ducts that hadn't been installed properly by another company. This was an issue that we had multiple companies come out to fix and ER Air was able to get it done in less than 24 hours.

ER Air was at my house yesterday, they did a phenomenal job! Julio and Carlos were very professional and detail oriented. They took every vent/air return off, thoroughly vacuum/cleaned every spec of dust and cleaned out 30 years of dust in my ducts!! I highly recommend ER Air!

Awesome experience! It was super quick and easy to get a quote and scheduled for service. The service was on time and efficient, and Jorge was extremely responsive to any questions I had along the way.

I recently purchased a new home that had a musty smell so I decided to clean the air ducts to see if it would help eliminate the odor. After shopping around I decided to go with ER Air because George the gentlemen who communicated with me over the phone was very detail and explained everything that would be done. The price was reasonable and firm which was my main concern, as I heard stories before from other companies who start off with a low price and then want to upsale everything. I liked the fact that they are family own and operated. Julio and Juan were the two techs that performed the service which took just over 2 hrs,they were very respectful of my home and left everything nice and clean after the job was completed, they also sent me some before and after pics which is a good detail. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for this type of services.

Very responsive and informative technician. Literally scheduled my service at the same day. During the maintenance, the technician showed his finding about capacitor reading / potential failure, and helped me replace the capacitor to prevent issues down the road

I WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN
If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally ripped me off. The two guys who came only cleaned the four returns took pictures than left. They claimed they could not do upstairs at all and said could not do flex lines. what made me mad was that with all of the evidence they continued to lie. I found pieces of insulation in ducts, upstairs flex ducts had been busted open. they didn't find a vent that was disconnected. In fact I do not trust this company back in my home. I advise not to use them and if you do for some reason I advise keep a close eye and check their work. If you or someone you know had pay this company to "clean" your vents check and make sure it was even done.

Update its been almost two year since they supposedly cleaned out vent completely and we still find pieces of insulation coming up from vent. Maybe next spring I'll just us a long rod with brush on end and my shop vac and see how much better I can do for zero cost and a little of my time.

They were courteous, fast, honest, and fairly priced. They did a thorough job rerouting some ducts and they did it well. We are going to schedule duct cleaning next.

George was very informative. They also came within 45min after my call with them.
