Great customer service over the phone. I loved the text alerts to notify us that the driver was on the way. And the two guys Julio and George were prompt, used user friendly language and stayed professional. Would recommend to others.

I was referred to e.r by a friend. They did an amazing job. They were on time, professional, and so neat. They cleaned all of our air ducts and our dryer vent. Even showed us pics from before and after. The two guys that did the work work so nice did the job in exactly the time they specified. When they left, all was cleaned up as if they had not even been here. I will definitely be using them again!!

Julio and Alfredo came out to take care of the work and they did a GREAT JOB!! I asked a lot of questions and Julio was very knowledgeable when it came to my answers. So good, that I took a picture of his sweatshirt (with the logo and number)and sent it to my cousin saying, "Get your ducts cleaned"!! I will be refer this company to all of my family and friends!

Phoned ER Air Duct cleaning and was provided with an appointment the next day. My dryer was not drying my clothes properly and it was recommended I have my ducts checked. The men with ER Air were prompt and respectful. The technician informed me of a near total obstruction of one of my ducts, it could have caused a fire! My dryer is working just fine now.

Family owned and very professional. I was in great need to finish drying wet clothes and vents were blocked. They came the same day. I paid $170, but they had to climb a 3 story townhouse. Very satisfied. Will use them again.

They came out same day and completely cleaned my Dryer Vent. My vent was so clogged the lint filled thier vacum container. I had a previous cleaning the guy didn't even go outside to clean the vent. Bottom line E R Air is worth the money!

I had ER Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning come to my home because my dryer was not working well even though it is less than two years old. They moved the dryer out, cleaned the lint trap and the dryer hose from the dryer all the way to the outside of my building. My dryer now runs good as new!

These guys were very friendly and professional, and provided excellent service in addressing the heating issue in my home. #1, despite how busy they are, they did their best to accommodate me. #2, unlike other companies, they didn't make me feel that I was less of a priority just because I wasn't completely without heat (I had an airflow problem). They responded as if I had no heat at all. #3, they were very thorough in diagnosing and resolving the issue. #4, they took the time to show me and make sure that I understood the cause of the problem and everything that they did to fix it. Even before they left, I could tell the temperature difference. I can finally stop walking around in a sweatshirt. Thanks ER Air!
