DR Heating & Cooling

Had DR Heating & Cooling guys out to service my A/C unit and they were fantastic, thorough, very straight forward, friendly, and informative. They made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why it was being done before doing any work, as well as clearing everything with me before they did it to make sure I was on board with it. This would be my first experience with dealing with this company, and after my experience today, hopefully many more experiences in the future for my HVAC needs.

My home was almost always cold, so I called them when I had a problem with my heating and cooling system. They gave me a new system right away, identified the issue right away, and fixed it without charging me extra. I was in awe of it! I would suggest them to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning services because the service was excellent.

I've been using your company for a while, and I can't rave about it enough! I'm happy with the service I get every time, and the staff members are always welcoming and helpful. I also like that you can come out anytime you need to, so that you can be there for me if an unexpected situation arises.

Elijah was our tech. Excellent encounter! We initially phoned other firms, but either received no answer or were unable to arrive the same day. The day was really warm. I'm very glad we were able to repair the unit. He clarified everything for our benefit. Price was reasonable.

Davies was great in explaining the issue and the steps he performed to correct the problem. I only use CARE, after several other companies failed to correct problems in the past. Will use them again in the future.

I'd give them a ten-star rating if I could. They formed an excellent team. With everything they did, they were really friendly, respectful, and informative. When they were finished, they made sure we didn't have any queries. They were very clean and neat with the install, couldn't tell that they were even in our home. So glad that we went with the system John recommended when he came out to give us an estimate. We can barely hear the AC running and our lower level is now the same temperature as the main level. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Duncan, our technician. They came the same day that I submitted the request. They were very direct and honest and helped me understand the problem with my system. They provided excellent solutions. Their cost seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

DR Heating & Cooling firm has provided us with wonderful customer service and personnel for many years. They came to our rescue last week when we discovered the air conditioner required a charge the night before closing - the closing would have been postponed if it hadn't been rectified. Working with their great customer service representative, she arranged a technician who had already worked a full day but still came out and examined/charged the unit so that it could be closed the next morning. We are happy to suggest them and strongly encourage everyone to give them a try; you will not be disappointed!

Mark is the king of customer service. When I've had to call DR Heating & Cooling firm, I've had nothing but a positive experience. I now endorse them to everyone of my family and friends, and I'm often told how pleasant it was to work with them. I highly recommend their services!!

I can't say enough good things about our experience. DR Heating & Cooling were able to get to our house quickly, ordered parts on the spot and were able to make the repair within 24 hours. Ben was supposed to be here between 1PM to 1:30 PM and was finished by 2PM.
