My Furnace motor went out in January 2022. I called Anthony's at 7: 30 AM and Mark called me back at 7:45 AM. He had a team of two (Chris & another) who were able to replace my old furnace and have heat in my house by 4:00 PM. Mark just came out this past Wednesday (10/12/2022) to inspect my furnace and made sure all was set for the Season. I have been using this company for the past year and give them a 5 star rating for service and Customer Service. Thank you team for being so friendly, respectful and prompt.
Had my furnace and AC changed from this company. My AC was replaced a year ago, cost me over $4,000. My mom called to do a routine check up. Called me for a tuesday appointment, didnot show up or did not even call. I didnt call because i also forgot but i was home all day. A week after he called and rescheduled for another day, told him i was 5 mins away from work and would come home to meet him, my mom and husband were home so all he needed to do is to wait for couple of mins. He came to our house demanding to my husband if hes going to pay him $160 without even getting inside the house. Very rude. He took off because he couldnt wait. My mom called him back to come back because they r home anyway. He told my mom that we are wasting his time and gas, and we do not have warranty. How could he say that if we just replaced it last year ?!? Bad cusomer service! Please save your money and not to ever call this company!

Initially I got the run around about getting someone out here to service the unit. 3 weeks, over $400 dollars later the unit is running worse than before they came. Not to mention the "manager" Mark was very rude, dismissive and condescending to me. I will never use them again. Save your money....
Terrible recent experience with this company. Used in the past several times and while I've never had any issue before feel that they were always significantly overpriced in their estimates and charges. This time was much different ...service technician came out , mis-diagnosed the problem and charged me $700 for What resulted in nothing more than 1 day of Very short temporary air conditioning and overall no resolution to the problem. By the very next day we were backup to 80゚ in the house and no AC..I had suggested in the very beginning that it might be my fan motor, but he insisted it was something else so we went along with his determination of a freon fill and a hard start of the compressor...After the repair did not resolve the matter the technician came back out and confirmed that it was the original problem that I suspected only now he threw me an even more ridiculous number of a $1000 to replace an $80 part??!! To make matters worse I communicated to the Home Office that I wanted to use a different form of payment other than the account that I've used in the past. I was assured by the lady in the office that they would accommodate this request but no one ever called me back or answered the phone and the charge went through on the wrong account. This debacle cost me 3 days of no air conditioning in a house with kids and a sick wife. My advice....stat away from these people!
