ER Air

My AC died in a recent heat wave. I called ER Air to check on it. George and his team came out same-day and quickly identified and fixed a broken capacitor. They also cleaned and fixed up my system. He told me it was in the top 10 dirtiest AC's he'd ever seen (it had never been cleaned before) which is not what you want to hear from someone who sees dirty AC's all day! Now it looks practically brand new. Service was quick and prices were reasonable. The moral of the story is get your AC checked regularly (they likely could have pre-emptively identified the capacitor being at the end of it's life) and use ER Air if you want good, affordable service.

I set an appointment easily by phone. On the date of service I received a message that my tech was on his way. Miguel and George arrived on time, set up the equipment, explained the procedure and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete. They were professional, friendly, careful, and took time to clean the areas after they finished. This was my first time getting my ducts and vents cleaned and they actually made it a pleasant experience! I highly commend and recommend them. Clean, fast, professional......

ER Air showed up after I had multiple vendors cancel oh me and show up without any resolution to a leak I had in my ceiling. With 3 minutes of showing up The team immediately identified the problem and proceeded to fix the issue.

Very good....very professional guys! Great customer service! They were outside at the scheduled time....George the owner came and explained everything he was going to do in detail. Went through every vent in the house as well as the dryer vent. Took before and after pics of the vents. Highly highly recommend these guys. They do excellent work! Very happy and satisfied with the job they do.

Great service! Came out the same day I called for a dryer vent cleaning in our top floor condo. They were able to quickly diagnosed my dryer issue being a mesh trap clogged with lint at the exit port on the roof of the building and did a full vent cleaning without having to pull out our dryer. Being it is a stacked unit in a closet this was a big plus. I would definitely recommend them.

I was recommended ER AIR and they did not disappoint. I recently purchased a house and I wanted the vents cleaned before we brought in furniture. The owner Jorge came out the very next day. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and he showed us that some of the vents had MOLD !! The guys were very friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend their services!!

We had ER air come out for an air duct, bathroom vent and dryer vent cleaning after we bought our house. They were on time, cleaned all of our vents, changed air filter and shared before and after photos. Above all, one of the guys pointed out a few issues and tips and tricks with our dryer vents and even helped us fix a vent and clamps right on the spot for a small additional fee.
