My furnace fan went bad today, almost 100 degrees out there. Mitch was extremely helpful and really helped me by 1) getting the right parts 2) not up selling me on buying a motor (a service company I called to assess the situation told me I needed a new motor)
When you talk to a guy like Mitch, you know right away that he really enjoys his craft and that he’s an expert. As a first time homeowner, I’ll be using him for all of my HVAC needs.

On a Friday evening I needed a flame sensor for my furnace, which was not pushing out hot air. The part was available at Grainger, however they were already closed and not open on the weekends. Luckily I found this place. I called to make sure they had the part and received great customer service. I was also assured the part was exactly what I needed after explaining how the furnace was functioning. I picked up the part and installed it soon after. The furnace fired right up and is back in working condition. I’d definitely recommend this place for your HVAC needs.

I have to say I got very lucky meeting Mitch from Citywide Supply. Long story short I got home last night to no heat and a burnt plastic smell coming from the heating unit in my home. My control board was burnt along with some wiring. So I call a number that is on my heating unit I won't mention the company name but when I call the gentleman and send some pictures he immediately told me I needed a whole new unit. Now of course I'm sick to my stomach cuz I'm thinking anywhere from 3 to $5,000. So I go on Google and start searching for parts that is when I found Citywide Supply I called the gentleman Mitch and asked if he had the parts that I needed and he did and to my surprise Not only was he open on a Sunday he also had the parts that I needed for my heating unit. So after talking to Mitch for a minute or so I asked him if he was able to come to my home today and put the new parts on himself instead of me doing it.
Mitch agreed came over to my home installed a new parts it took all of about 2 hours a my total bill was 450 that was for the new control board and to replace the wiring that was burnt. So Mitch thank you for being honest dependable and reasonable with your pricing you're a good guy and you're the type of guy I like to do business with I did not tell Mitch but I am a fellow business owner myself youre word and your handshake means more than any f****** contract in this world. Thank you again Mitch

I am a small business owner. I needed someone to install a new cooling system for my walk in cooler. Mitch came out and exceeded all my expectations. If you are in need of Refrigeration work I highly recommend you call them, great work at a fair price.

Conor came out to assist with fixing my A/C unit. He was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to successfully diagnose the issue and promptly replaced the failed parts. Conor was very professional and would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I had an issue with my Continental fridge at the Loft space I run. Turns out another company had done damage by putting the wrong chemical into our fridge. Mitch sent his son out, whose name is also Mitch. He fixed everything and he was so kind. Their customer service is exceptional and I will be using their services for as long as I am in charge of the space I operate. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I went to Citywide Supply and Services after searching all over and we met Mitch who was able to help us with everything we needed. He was an extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend. Being a new home owner I know where i'll always go back for any ac/heating needs.

If you're smart, you keep a spare ignitor element for your gas furnace in the house so it's ready to go when you're current one, after a few years of use, inevitably develops a crack on a cold night and stops firing up the burners. But if you're me, you rely on the helpful service, reasonable prices, and good business hours of Citywide Supply and Service to save you hundreds of dollars over what an emergency repairman would cost. Mitch was super helpful!

You will absolutely receive THE BEST service and advice from CItywide Supply. Although you might think this is a small time place, it is not. They are honest, thorough and so very patient. I have never seen or heard of a place that will talk you through a furnace problem over the phone...and we are talking multiple texts and phone calls!! Mitch (whom thank God he was working today..a Sunday) helped my husband figure out a way to get our furnace to work until we could get the limit switch we need. Our furnace is coming up on 15 years old and as you can imagine we run into a problem here and there but I will tell you that Citywide (especially Mitch) has helped answer questions and get us the parts we need and fairly quick too!! Last year our blower motor went out (on a Sunday again!) and Mitch got one ready and had it wired for my husband to pick up. With this recent episode it was so great to receive that same spectacular and over the top service again.
