I can't tell you how absolutely relieved I am that I stumbled upon them online. Our cooler went down and our normal company had us on a "waiting list" I went searching online and found them. Really easy to talk to, understood our needs and had someone out within a few hours. Mitchell was extremely professional and really honest. They are reasonably priced and are able to get our repair done quickly which in the retail industry is beyond important. Moving forward this is definitely our new go to source for problems and regular maintenance

I was in need of a new furnace and USA Supply and Mitch and his team were right there to get me out of the cold and back into the warmth. There were a few bumps in the road, but the team professionally addressed and responded to the difficulties in the situation we faced, even coming out on a Sunday at no charge.

Unfortunately no one expect their heater to malfunction during normal business hours but we are very fortunate that Citywide Supply and Service will always be open to help people like us. Connor was very professional, responsive, and thorough with all inspections and work. He was very patient with us and took the time to explain the work and answer all our questions. he went above the call of duty to help us make sure we got everything we needed.

This place is fantastic. I’m a DIY guy, you can figure a lot out by watching YouTube videos lol. My HVAC stopped blowing air this weekend, and my usual appliance parts shop was closed for 3 days for the 4th of July. I called Mitch and he pulled me out of my YouTube rabbit hole to advise what the problem probably was based on everything I had checked by then. $5 and 10 minutes worth of work later I’ve got cold air blowing in my house again. I’d strongly recommend this place, it will be my go-to for appliance parts moving forward. Thanks Mitch!

So of course its super bowl sunday and the furnace goes out. Self taught youtuber I diagnose and can fix the furnace but I had no parts. That's when Citywide came through, I called verified they had the part. In less then an hour of labor I had the furnace going. The communication was efficient, I love that they are open 24/7, Mitch was awesome, moreover they were selling candy for my old high school. Go Eagles. Thanks Citywide

I highly recommend Citywide Supply on a Sunday they were open and I was able to get the right part needed to fix my furnace. They even offered to help me. I already knew what I was doing so I didn't need any help. I was so surprised I found these guys online and they were open on a Sunday. I was so relieved to fix my furnace in time for the winter.

Mitch and Gary from Citywide resolved my ac problem on a Sunday morning. My ac stopped putting out cool air on an almost 90-degree day. I thought it was due to low Freon. Called Citywide and Gary/Mitch was helpful and patiently answers my questions over the phone and provided a quote. Within an hour, Mitch called and arrived. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Explained the problems in simple terms and fixed the issue. The ac run capacitor was the culprit and said the Freon was almost max. After the replacement, my ac was back running smoothly. He also found a fried garter snake within the cables. Mitch's has a really cool company car. hahaa

Will definitely use again and refer.

My AC went out all of a sudden on one of the hottest days of the year. Found Citywide Supply and Service online and gave them a call. Best call I could have made. They came right out and had my AC back on with no needless upselling and stuff I didn't need. Mitch was my service guy, and he just could not be any nicer, accommodating, or professional. You need a HVAC guy??? CALL THEM!!

Our newly replaced walkin cooler had been an on going issue for about a year. The guy we hired to replace it was out almost every week replacing freon but could not find the leak. I decided it was time to find someone else, I am so glad i found mitch!! He came out right away found the leaks and we haven't had a problem in months!! He didn't over charge, is very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend city wide supply!!
