Worker was very professional , timely and explained what he was able to do to keep my system going. They were very responsive last winter when my heating went out. I would highly recomend Heatmasters to my clients with confidence as I feel l they would do a good job. . (I am a real estate agent and I ve been selling real estate for over 37 years in Chicago ) .

I've been using heatmasters since 1997 for regular preventive maintenance as well as installation of new equipment. We've had a few hiccups over those 26 years but for the most part they're extremely dependable and fairly priced. Most of the techs I've met are friendly, knowledgeable and well trained. Forthright and honest, explained all steps taken clearly and with good dialog. Didn't rush the job nor waste time doing it. Offered and explained the upsells but did not uncomfortably push them. Service price was reasonable and per expectations.

We've used Heatmasters since 1985 when they installed a new boiler in our building. Many yrs ago. Nowadays we have central heat and AC, both installed by Heatmasters. We chose Heatmasters after frustrating and poor experiences with Four Seasons. Heatmasters was excellent! They were on location at our condo within 3 hours of us calling after losing heat. Our technician Mario could not have been more professional. It was obvious he had expert knowledge on how to diagnose what the problem was. He took the time to explain what was going on and how to fix it. We will definitely be using Heatmasters from now on thanks to Mario’s fantastic service!

I have used this business for many years. When there is a problem and you call them, they show up in a reasonable time window. Routine maintenance can be scheduled, and a reasonable service contract is available. My daughter in her new condo has recently used another Chicago service, and I am going to recommend that she use Heatmasters next time. In addition to the services above, they have installed a hot water heater in my home.
