Andy was prompt, professional, patient and clearly not interested in taking advantage of a consumer with little-to-no knowledge re: the issue at stake; it seems this is also reflective of the general ethos of Heatmasters. I raised several questions and concerns about our A/C system, and Andy was honest and instructive re: options and thoughtfully took extra time to teach me several tips concerning long-term maintenance and upkeep.

I will absolutely be utilizing their services going forward and I highly recommend them without reservation.

David diagnosed the issue with our furnace not running as efficiently as it should, gave us the best solution for the problem and remedied it. I have been a contract customer with Heatmasters for over 15 years - I find that their service is always exemplary, with knowledgeable, polite and clean service personnel, who have always given me good service and also alerted me to possible problems so that I can plan for any replacements (as in the case of my furnace and air-conditioner) well in advance of any real trouble, making it much easier to handle financially when the time came for replacement. I have always found their service personnel to come within the time frame I am given and to be very unobtrusive and efficient when performing the annual check up of both my furnace and air-conditioner. I recommend them.

We've had various tech guys from Heatmasters over the years come over to service our heating and cooling systems and they've all been great. Andy is new to us and he is no exception.. friendly, professional, no b.s. He checked our air conditioning system this morning and everything is ok but he did suggest one adjustment for a very minimal cost to us.. we have pets in our house and he put in some kind of opening in the one of the pvc pipes for us to put in about a cup of vinegar every time we change the filter. David is here for our annual check-up for our a/c unit. While checking the system, David noticed burned wires and also that oil is leaking. He suggested changing the capacitor for a very fair price and then offered a discount package that would include checking the heat system in the fall.

David was very patient with me while I was trying to understand how to explain all of this to my husband. He took the time to show me what needed to be done and how this would extend the life of the unit.

Technician was great. I was fully prepared to break the bank and buy a new furnace and air conditioner. Lucky me, it was not that serious. Brock quickly identified the issue, resolved it, and did not try sell me something that I did not need. Very satisfied with my service. Honest, effcient, clean and quick.

We’ve been using Heatmasters for years. Today Nambi was here for our Spring tune-up. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and very thorough with all that he did with servicing our A/C unit. I highly recommend both Heatmasters and Nambi for your Furnace and A/C needs or concerns.

David was very personable, especially allowing our son to follow him around. He phoned on his way and was there sooner than we expected, which was nice. I was appreciative that he made recommendations that led to prolonging the life of our equipment.
