Action Heating & Air conditioning

This company is very unprofessional. They do not keep their appointments and will not even let you know when they will not show up on time. They seem more interested in trying to sell you stuff than check to see what may be wrong with your current unit. I would not trust a company that only wants to rip people off. There is not a star low enough to rate this companies service. They could care less about your business... and was even told "you can call someone else". Why would I have to call someone else when I've already spent over $2,000 dollars in parts and labor with this company a year ago for the same unit? If I needed a new unit, why did I have to spend so much on parts last year? I paid good money to have this system working properly and now this company can't even show up now that it's not working.

UPDATE: Please make sure you get second opinions dealing with this company!!! The same day these people kept telling me I needed a new furnace, A company came out to replace a small part that went out causing the system not to turn on.(cost..$150.00). So sad that these type of people still exist but hey, I guess they have to make money to stay in busy, they just won't be making off me anymore!

I called action heating when my heat wasn't working. They did a nice job. I would recommend them.
