Dave V was extremely knowledgeable about the service he provided. Our central AC was malfunctioning, and Dave and his assistant Mario spent time to discover the problem. Dave was patient and answered all our questions about the repairs made and what we could do to keep the AC in good working order going forward.

We also purchased an Air Scrubber unit, which Dave explained was great for a healthy air environment within our house. My husband has allergies, and we hope the Air scrubber will help to alleviate his symptoms.

Dave and Mario installed the scrubber unit in a short time. We were pleased with the entire service experience with Dave and Mario!

My field technician David was great. He called when he was on his way, was on time, and quickly diagnosed the cause of my AC problems. He explained everything that needed to be done before he did it and made sure that I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also took his time and made sure that the job was done properly, which impressed me given that it is almost 100 degrees outside. Professional and courteous, I would recommend David and Heatmasters to anyone with heating or air conditioning problems.

As usual, the office was courteous and helpful in scheduling service, and calling to confirm it. Hannah is a great partner in getting things done. Ken, the technician who actually performed the check and cleaning of my AC/furnace, was similarly polite and helpful. He showed up on time, called before showing up at my door, and spent a good deal of time on the job. I have used Heatmasters for years and they never disappoint!

Aphrem was the best. He was prompt, through and patient. He called and let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very polite. He takes a lot of pride in his work and took the time to explain what we needed to do. Heatmasters recently installed a new furnace and AC at our home. From my initial phone call they were very professional and responsive.
Larry gave me good advise and a reasonable quote, Robert and Noel the installers were professional and clean. Our 116 year old house has some quirks and we had a drainage issue which was quickly handled by Adrian, an excellent tech who spent time to get to the bottom of it. He explained in detail what was going on and altered the situation to accomodate. He put alot of effort into making sure it was perfect, patiently explained to me what to look out for and was respectful and clean. Both thumbs up!

Heat Masters is great to work with. Their front office is always courteous and helpful. Dave the service pro is who I typically works on my boiler. He is incredibly knowledgeable and does a really good job of explaining what's going on with your system as well as laying out options so you can understand the best course of action to take. Great job!

David from Heatmasters came out for a routine inspection of our Central AC unit as part of our service contract. He was polite, friendly, professional, efficient and capable; all the traits we love in service people. We liked that he went over some options for us to consider in a helpful, not at all pushy, manner. We would certainly recommend others request him when contacting Heatmasters.

Had AC issues over the weekend, like many in the city. I called Heatmasters, as their Reviews posted seemed current and customer service focused. So I gave them a try, I called in the morning and spoke to Juanita, she was amazing very customer service oriented, seemed as if I picked the right company. Then the technician showed up, his name was Ivan, he did great work, seemed like he knew what he was doing and was very courteous and focused on getting my AC diagnosed. After diagnosing he stated the fan was the issue, I said OK what is the price, he called into the office and gave all the information on my unit, they called back and stated 550.00 for the part, I was a little cautious but knew I needed it fixed so I asked about the brand, he said it was generic but would work, I asked if it was cheaper than replacing the original he said it was by a little, I said OK, only 15 minutes later did I google the part and find it for 99.00. It saddened me that all this great service went down the drain with a mark up so high. The work consisted of removing 12 screws and changing 4. So my final note is be super cautious on their pricing and if you do work with them, I hope you talk to Juanita and get Ivan, just make sure and Google the part prior to giving permission. I wish I did. That's why they got the three stars, they went to the service leading up to the billed work.

Mario was an awesome technician and person. He was clear in his explanations and knew his work and the details of the products. He was able to explain how heating and cooling systems work in terms that laymen can understand. And he was not frustrated by all our questions! He was efficient and his interpersonal skills superb. He was a pleasure to work with. Such a good ambassador for Heatmasters!
