We have always had professional and good service from Heatmasters! We have been using them for over 2 years and have found all their technicians to be knowledgeable and more than capable. Adrian J. Was very personable, did a thorough inspection on both our units and provided some tips on how to get the most from our units. We will request him next spring when it’s time for the A/c maintenance!

We’ve been relying on this company for several years. Our Sears furnace died after just a few years right in the middle of a very cold winter. Heatmasters not only installed a new one but explained what had gone wrong with the old one and how to maintain the new one. We purchased a very reasonable service contract and they come out twice a year to check furnace and a/c. They continue to not only do their work well but explain clearly what they find. They keep us updated on new products that keep the air in our 150 year old house clean and pleasant. They sent me a photo of the tech who would be coming out to service the system. Easy to work with and first rate.

Heatmasters is first rate. Very happy over the years (10+). We’ve tried other companies, glad we found Heatmasters. Recently had a new furnace installed; good price, excellent installation. Honest, competent, outstanding field personnel. Highly recommend.

Dave Vaughn has been servicing my units for over ten years. He is excellent. Always shows up on time and is always very thorough in his maintenance checks and takes time to explain to me what the issues are. He is excellent to work with. Today he had an assistant, Mario, with him who was also very professional.

Mike, a field personnel, came out to our shop this morning to inspect our air conditioning units that hadn't been serviced in a very long time. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and all around awesome! He took the time to explain each step of his process and show us how to safely and correctly change our air filters. We are lucky to have had such a pleasant experience and will be using Heatmasters again in the future for our HVAC needs.

I like the fact that we are scheduled with the same repair man. Not sure if the company does it this way, but it is reassuring. He comes here twice a year for servicing. Andy knows my family, my dogs. He always does a great job and has great suggestions. Heatmasters has taken care of our furnace needs for many years.

Heatmasters service is always highly professional. Their service people are respectful, hard working and expeditious! I trust their work every time.

We have serviced our a/c and heater systems for the last 5 years with Heatmasters. They are easy to schedule. The technician has been very courteous and knowledgeable. Adrian was detailed in his descriptions of issues that he found. He explains in good detail.

David V was my service technician and he did a very thorough job as always. He serviced my boiler and I knew that there were a few things that needed some attention, and he was able to recommend solutions and completed the work promptly. He is always very pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable. I have used Heatmasters for many years and will certainly continue to do so!
