David performed excellent service. He did a thorough examination of the units in need of repair. Then he reviewed options to address the multiple cleaning & repair issues. He performed cost effective maintenance and preventive care while recommending that I subscribe to maintenance plan so that I saved money. He clearly explained all charges and worked within my budget. Hurray for Heatmasters!

I have a maintenance plan with Heatmasters and have been very happy with the quality of service and the professionalism of the Technicians. Most recently, Adrian came out to help with low air flow out of our vents. Adrian took his time to troubleshoot the problem, and explained he explained what he was looking for along the way. I've been dealing with Heatmasters for years now, and I find them to be professional and knowledgeable about my heating and air-conditioning needs. I recently signed up for their three-year inspection plan and, though it was pricey, I figured it would be good to make an investment on my heating/air-conditioning care here in Chicago. They are always prompt in reminding me when an inspection is due and their inspection crews are polite and considerate. I recommend them.

David the AC Specialist from Heatmasters is the man. Just moved in and he took the time to make sure I had a basic understanding about the AC and Heating equipment essential to the home. Service was prompt, and repairs made a noticeable difference. David inspires trust in the company, which is essential on big ticket items. What started out as a cleaning appointment quickly turned to a full replacement after the evaluation by Pete and David alerted me to the need for a new furnace. John soon followed, sharing the sales options with me in my home. And the next day Tomas and Luis spent the day installing the new furnace. They were able to answer all my questions which quickly put me at ease. Then the next day Ivan came by assuring me that the furnace was running fine and my home's duct work was the likely cause of the uneven heating that I was experiencing. Our home is very old! This is something that can be addressed in the spring when Heatmasters returns to install the A/C unit. Each crew left our home as neat and orderly as it was when they arrived. He called first to give me a more specific appointment time, showed up on time, explained what was working well and what part needed to be replaced while demonstrating the issue. I have used Heatmasters for several years now and consistently find their technicians to be efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.

Ivan was prompt and professional. He quickly determined the kind of service we needed for our air conditioning system. He showed me the kinds on maintenance we could do ourselves and recommended and performed what needed doing. We will definitely be calling Heatmasters again for regular service and will ask for Ivan.
