Dave was extremely thorough in his servicing of my AC and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.

I called because of my AC. They gave me 2 different opinions. The final supervisor visit didn’t give me confidence there could be a solution for my AC. And I never receipt an email receipt as they said I would, after paying $300 did the hearing system battery replacement.

I purchased a new heating system with Heatmasters and prefer their quality HVAC professionals to others. Everyone who comes to the house is capable and keeps our systems running well. I hope to stay with Heatmasters for many years to come.

Mario G. Came out and inspected and cleaned my heating unit under the service contract. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clean. A job well done!

Our new split heater/cooling unit was making a weird noise, so I finally called and got a tech out. Adrian was our tech and was The Best! He was super helpful and took the time to understand what was going on with the unit (spoiler alert: it wasn't anything bad and he was able to fix it). I think the best part though was how nice he was. We ended up talking about plants as he was fixing the unit. It was a nice and unexpected conversation! He was also mindful that it was during a pandemic and made sure to wear a mask properly. I appreciated his expertise as well as the conversation.

David was amazing. He went over every detail, every option, outcomes, recommendations and what he would do. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a tech because I always feel like they are out to make you pay the most. Not here, David is genuine and I hope he will always be the man that services my home. I Highly recommended him.

Mario diagnosed a failed A/C capacitor and completed the repair promptly. When that was done, he went the extra mile to attenuate the refrigerant level properly, resulting in a much better cooling outflow. He also cleaned the unit thoroughly and answered all of my questions. His high level of professionalism and courtesy are why I remain a Heatmasters customer for over 20 years. Great job, Mario!

Heatmasters moved the a/c unit & re-installed/reconnected it in new location. They did a great job in a timely, professional manner. Will continue to book/use Heatmasters for HVAC.

Daniel was one-time. Boiler Looks good and cleaned the gas tubes & glass site gauge for water.
