I had Heatmasters provide annual maintenance on my five year old Peerless Boiler. I was in the second year of a three year service agreement.
The appointment was for the morning with a three hour service window between 9AM and noon. Heatmasters sent an email with a picture of the technician who would provide the service. The technician called when he was ten minutes away. I felt safe letting him into my home after seeing his face. He did the annual checkup in 15-20 minutes. He was kind and answered a few questions about my boiler that I had.

Service technician Mario was thorough. Boiler system is 5 years old and installed by Heat Masters. He performed an annual inspection and service. He pointed out a small water filter that had corroded and said it's part of the annual inspection. He looked at it and wondered aloud if it had been inspected before. He said he needed to the pick up the part as he did not have one in the truck. This would cost an extra $115 for a small part that could not be worth more than 15 dollars. Mind you this is an inspection run on a boiler they installed and were coming to do maintenance. Seems to me a replacement should have been on the truck if it's a common replacement item. I have given this company 5 star rating in the past. I called and explained that I was not happy about paying extra for a parts run, even tho he was quick- it was money. This company is on watch list this year and I may switch to a new provider next year. They did not provide an electronic or paper receipt for the work. Not happy

Daniel was great. Called ahead of the appointment and showed up on time. He explained what he was doing and what he was checking for, and walked us through the whole process. We have a maintenence package through HeatMasters and it is totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the quick appointment I was able to get. The technician was very courteous and helpful and we appreciated the fact that he waited for us due to a miscommunication on our part regarding time. He explained everything fully and repaired our boiler within an hour. We highly recommend Heatmasters, and a special shout out to Marco.

Called and spoke to Richard for boiler service. We agreed on a date, I took off work, and they NEVER showed or called… I called to see what happen, he said he has employee issues… didn’t have the courtesy to call and then tried to schedule again but didn’t have my address…. Would not recommend or use

Mario, the Heatmaster service man, came earlier than I had expected at the beginning of the scheduled time window which pleased me. He was polite and professional as he readied my heating system for the coming winter.
When finished, Mario suggested I use Heatmasters to clean my old galvanized steel pipes. Since I’ve used the company for many years now and find both the quality of the work and the prices very good, I plan to take the suggestion.
