CANCELED AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE

I had an appointment with Heatmasters today between 11 am - 2 pm. I called this morning at 9:30 am to make sure my appointment was still set and they confirmed it was. I left work to be available for the tech so as not to delay their day of appointments. I received a call from a phone rep at 1:58 pm canceling my appointment due to weather which was absolutely known to be the expected weather for the day at least this morning when I called in to check...it's not like I asked for a day or a week in advance where weather is unpredictable.

Out of a possible 180 minute window that I missed work to wait for the tech to fix my air conditioning, they made me wait for 178 minutes before thinking of notifying me they weren't coming.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I missed work, wasted my day trying to be polite thinking they'd honor a confirmed appointment day of, and still don't have the original issue solved. Incredible.

Ryan came out for an AC check today. We have worked with him previously and were happy to see him return. He is always very professional and courteous. We appreciate that he is thorough in his inspection and clearly describes what we may need to be keeping an eye on in the future.

All our AC/Furnace work service has been accomplished via Heatmaster for over 20 years now. We've always been grateful and satisfied with the work completed. We now always request Brock to come out to the house because he is timely, friendly, courteous, and knows his profession well. He always explains what he is doing, what may need to be done in future, and also explains the inner workings of the system as he works. He photographs and documents his work and any potential future work that may be needed, to keep an eye on things for us. We truly appreciate and trust Brock - and our dogs give him their seal of approval too!

Dave save me a TON of money!! After quickly evaluating my non-functioning furnace; he quickly diagnosed the problem (which was a fried fuse). I now have a functioning furnace! I thoroughly appreciate the honesty and professionalism - anyone else could have taken advantage of the situation and said I needed to replace the unit , we me, none the wiser. Great job Dave!

Received a call from Daid V. of Heatmasters at 4:15 pm on a Friday before the Christmas Holiday weekend. David was willing to stop by my house at 4:45 pm to check my boiler. The boiler had been down for about a week. David got the boiler working and has not failed since. He was very knowledgeable and pointed other issues with my boiler that I would have never noticed. I have been neglecting to have my boiler checked annually and realized that it a risk safety wise and financially to not have your boiler or furnace checked at least once a year. Leave it to the Pros. I recommend Heatmasters!!!

Justin serviced my air conditioners yesterday. I found him to be very professional and competent. I made a note to myself to request him next fall for my annual check-up of my furnaces. Later, I discovered that the compensation pump for a furnace was not working properly.

I called and made an appointment with Heatmasters and was happy to see that Justine was sent. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the pump and cleaned up around the furnace in no time at all. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Mario was great, from calling 20 minutes before arriving, arriving on time, completing the maintenance, explaining options, and answering questions. Very pleased to switch back to Heatmasters after a few years with another provider.

David and his trainee (Eddie) were great to work with. They gave an honest assessment of the work that needed to be completed, worked thoroughly and did not leave any mess behind when the several jobs were completed. They also took the time to answer any questions I had and were good at explaining what they were doing while completing the jobs.

Heatmasters was referred to me by another HVAC company that was unwilling to fulfill it's warranty obligation. Heatmasters was super responsive and fixed my issue, a bad furnace transformer and circuit board that were still under the manufacturers warranty. Their technicians were professional and timely. I would use them again in the future. They issued a new service warranty on the work done.

They're great, and I'm a hard to please customer.

Ivan (Heatmasters, LLC) arrived timely to check and clean my furnace. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained my furnace's condition and answered my questions in a consultative manner. He provided cost-effective recommendations without pressuring me to purchase unnecessary parts or services. I greatly appreciate Ivan's help!
