Jens & Andy were very friendly and efficient with my new water heater install, professional guys, refreshing to know there are still folks out there who really care about a well done job! I appreciate their good work.

I had J and D put in a new HVAC system in 2018. Since then they have been very responsive to help me maintain my system, very affordable, always professional. I am very happy with my system. Today a drain pipe had gotten knocked loose under my house and they came and fixed it for free under my warranty. They never try to get me to do more services and raise the cost, and in fact send me coupons to use on my maintenance visits. Jens was very brave and crawled under my house with all the spiders and did an awesome job.

Update: my system has been going strong and this company has been amazing. I bought the service plan and they service my heating and cooling twice a year. When I found water because a line wasn't draining correctly they fixed it as part of the plan, and today they found a mechanical issue that was 100 percent covered under my warranty. They show up on time, clean up after themselves, and do quality work. One thing that I love about idaho is how local companies treat you like you are their neighbor, this company lives up to that level of integrity.

Desten was awesome! Professional! He explained everything that he did at our house and went through some options for our system. I really appreciate his quality of work. He's a super nice guy and give him a raise 🙂

We scheduled a routine furnace servicing last winter (2021) from J&D. Their technician red tagged (shut off for safety reasons) our furnace last winter for an alleged hole in the heat exchange. We wanted to just replace that part, but the technican refused and would only sell us an entirely new furnace to resolve the issue. We ran space heaters for days trying to figure out what to do. We had another company come in and give us a second opinion, and guess what, the furnace didn't even have an issue. Still running safely today. J&D is a big company, I get that, but their bullying techniques are distasteful.

Nick was very personable, polite, and respectful. He placed shoe coverings on his feet to enter the home. He was very thorough and went over the estimate for repairs with me. The office staff was also very professional and helpful. I will defintely be using their services again!

Jens covered/reviewed the details of the AC maintenance he performed, explained optional services /equipment available. Just a very comfortable, nice individual.

Kenny, the technician explained everything thoroughly as he cleaned & did the regular maintenance on the air conditioner. I appreciate him so much. There were no concerns he said. Everything looked good! He is very good at his job. I highly recommend him!
