Andy arrived on time for a maintenance on my AC. He noticed my galvanized pipes on my water heater were rusted and the bladder had a hole in it so he fixed it the same day. I was very happy that I didn't have to schedule for another day. I have been very happy with J&D Heating

The technician, Kenny, that came to my house not only was professional and did an outstanding job but also educated me on the good and bad points throughout the whole inspection/maintenance process. These guys definitely provide a 5-star service!

Kenny and another technician came out to my property to clean my ductless mini split system. They were on time, friendly, professional, and took a lot of care to clean up all the dust & debris that came out of the mini-split system after they were done. Very happy with their service and the affordability of it compared to other local companies.

Always on time, courteous, professional. Always offers recommendations for additional service but respects our answer if we are not interested. Pet friendly techs!

Technician came out when he said he would be . Very nice very knowledgeable super friendly.answered all questions i asked . He even went as far to ask if I need my garbage taken out. We will definitely be calling and using you guys again . Thank you for cooling our family off

Extremely hot outside. We were out of town and had people staying at our home. They called to say the air conditioner was not working. I called and they were available (they were the service number on the air conditioner). They were extremely quick. Which was why I gave the 2 stars. He called with an estimate that started at over $8000. We finally got down to the problem. We were charged $889. The Capactor was &470. A new starter kit was $209. The diagnostic was $119. The agreement we had to have was $90. The parts on Amazon come to less than $100. Needless to say, the markup was extreme.

They were supposed to be there for a tune up and maintenance on our AC unit last month. When he was "done" (not sure what he did other than spray our AC unit off) he said we needed a dual start capacitor- quoted me almost $600 to replace it. My husband looked up the part on line- costs around $70. We had a local guy come out last night and HE did a maintenance and added refrigerant and checked a few other things that were "missed" with JD and he charged us total $190-that was a tune up, labor, capacitor part and coolant. What a rip off this place is!!!

Jimmy was a great technician and did a great job with removing and installing our new system. Very friendly and professional. Walked me through the new system and made sure we were happy before leaving.
