John Martinez is our new Adam. Since Adam has missed his last 3 appointments with us, it's going to be OK. John is as good as Adam so we want him to come now. He was very thorough in explanations of how our unit was running and what could possibly be something for next time. He put in a new filter and finished in a timely manner. He asked about anything else....and I told him our Air Scrubber wasn't scrubbing. He checked it and the blue light wasn't on. This means it isn't working. Duh...I knew it wasn't cleaning my air good at all. John had a new one on the truck. Wouldn't you know he had his truck well stocked with anything we'd need. We also talked to him about vent cleaning, and yes you all do that too. He signed us up for next Wednesday. We then paid for the maintenance, new part for Air Scrubber, and vent cleaning including our dryer. Close to $1000. So we'll be sure and pick up pie this year. Maybe even two !! We have been with J&D for over 12 years and are happy to say that you all are a good company and have taken care of us real well.

Desten was on time and very professional. He made several helpful suggestions and gave us an explanation of the condition of our heat pump, that there were no concerns and the system was operating properly b tat the present time. Thank You.

Jens was fantastic. Took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace and the plan to fix it. Even replaced my furnace filters while he was at it. Great service from Jens and J&D!

Jens was great, he answered all of our questions and concerns and thoroughly explained the service he provided today.

Kenny was very professional, and explained things well to include photos and detailed explanations. My husband is a self taught mechanic who knew and planned to put in a new water heater himself if it came down to needing one. Kenny could have tried to talk us out of doing it ourselves or even pressured us into thinking we couldn’t do it but this did not happen. He instead encouraged us to do regular maintenance (which we had been meaning to do) and explained some of those benefits. He is now coming out next week to look at our heating system and see how everything went with the installation and whether or not he could help us further. I’m rarely impressed with customer service these days and I gotta say I was very pleased with his service. We will be recommending you!

On a very hot summer day my AC unit stopped cooling my house. It was 86* inside when I got home after 6:00pm. I started calling around to businesses that said they were open 24 hours. J&D took my call and within an hour was at my house to see what they could do to help. Nick was very understanding and informative and went to work. He had the part he needed and got my unit back cooling. I am grateful they were able to respond in such a short notice and after hours. Thank you J&D Heating, Cooling & Water! You have gained a loyal customer!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the start. From the moment I got the txt alerting me my technician was coming (including a photo so I could identify him as well) I knew I was in good hands! Kenny was my tech and did an amazing job explaining how to change a few settings to get cleaner air circulating in my home. He also looked over my entire system and make a couple of recommendations and was able to do the work ON THE SPOT! WOW - talk about great customer service. He also made a recommendation of someone they trust for duct cleaning - made that appt right away. I have asthma and suffer from allergies so this level of understanding and care is why I would HIGHLY recommend J & D.

They didnt show up, or even call and made excuse after excuse for their unprofessionalism. This place is a joke.. If you dont want my business just say so.
